“They have been providing sandwiches for our Fall Festivities for the past three years. The online ordering is easy, pickup is flawless and the food is fresh. I made a mistake on my order date and time. The manager corrected in store and made all 60 sandwiches with her team in under 15 minutes. I was already tipping them because the service is great. I gave a little extra for the mishap on my behalf and their willingness to accommodate.“

“In Detroit for 2 nights and was looking for a spot to eat around my hotel - luckily I found Bucharest through Google Maps. The food was really good - I got the salad with chicken shawarma - the portion was insane! I didn’t take a picture but there was so much chicken (and I got the “small” size) It was really tasty and juicy and with the side of garlic sauce it really hit my cravings. The bartender (I sat at the bar) was super nice, friendly and awesome yet respectful and in general everyone out here seemed really welcoming. Prices were very fair and affordable (got 2 drinks as well)

“I got a cornbeef pastrami on Texas toast omfg it was wonderful the cornbeef is so good ... my drink was watered down is my only complaint taste your drink before u leave ..other than that the food is good I also had some chili fries they was good and a nice portion“

“I have been placing large group orders of around 100 sandwiches for high school debate tournaments hosted at Wayne State for several years. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of the food we receive every time. I send the owner a fairly complicated spreadsheet, and he bags the sandwiches by school for me to make distribution much easier for me. Each order is marked and 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I place similar orders at different universities several times a year, and this is the ONLY place that is consistent and accurate. It's a true pleasure dealing with this location.“

I’m aware of the prices of purchasing meat has gone up, but when I tell you that your chicken trauma has more meat than any restaurant I have attended is so true I ordered my daughter the chicken bite salad. “Everything got pretty expensive over the last 4 years. Can get better quality at Art & Jakes and elsewhere at a lower price. Regardless, had to order the pepper steak and cheese with double meat to make the sub half decent like it used to be back in the day.
Food is good but $$$. Serving was great and everything except price was better than subway.“

“I took my family here so they could enjoy the pool and water park for a day the price was decent and the staff was friendly but unfortunately the equipment was not well maintained several of the structures were broken when we visited and had caution tape around them to stop children from playing hopefully this will be updated soon as it does seem like a wonderful place for the community“

Shawarma was mid, the chicken was dry, the owner didn't put fries in the sandwich even though I told him to 3x. The pickles were decent, not enough toum.

The fries (he put them in the side) however were amazing. They are exactly like McDonald's fries. I would say even these were the best fries with shawarma I ever had.

Therefore, shawarma was kinda cheeks but overall places claps generally speaking.“

The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.

“I won a giveaway from Chop Detroit and I ordered the Italian Clapper. And let me tell you this was one of the best Subs I've ever had! So fresh and full of flavor! It was absolutely delicious!😋 They also included a cup of their Cheddar Broccoli Soup and it was so delicious, it was honestly the first time I've ever tried Cheddar Broccoli Soup. Ahhhmazing!!!
