“A friend and I enjoyed breakfast today at Anna's House.Our server, Patty, took very good care of us! Her service, and our food were Fantastic. One comment though, my friend didn't get the chocolate chips on his pancakes that he ordered, but that was easily fixed when Patty brought a container of them and a dish of whipped cream as well. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help you?".This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happened in numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review.Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.“

“This Dunkin' location is my preferred choice among the three in the area due to its consistently superior service. The staff is always attentive and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, unlike the Jenison location on Chicago Drive. This morning, due to travel constraints, I was forced to use the Chicago Drive location's drive-thru, which resulted in an unacceptable delay. I opted to pick up my online order inside, specifying a frozen coffee with four extra pumps of caramel. Instead, I received a vanilla bean Coolatta and encountered rudeness when I corrected the error. Furthermore, the extra caramel pumps were omitted. Consequently, I visited my preferred Byron Center location, where I was immediately greeted and, after explaining the situation, offered a complimentary correction with a sincere apology. This exemplifies exceptional customer service! Thank you again!“

That being said, I’ve visited a lot of different locations from coast to coast, this one is by far the best, here is why… I cycled between a few different orders, but they are always consistent and always good. Their facility is very clean (I propose it often as a meeting place with colleagues/friends). Most important, their staff is incredible. They’ve taken the time to remember me by name (I know it’s on the cup), and truly take the time to look me in the eye and ask me how I’m doing or what I did this weekend (not just one of the staff, all of them). I wish there was a way I could highlight this group further, because they’re truly an incredible staff.“

This location could train the starbucks stand alone stores in customer service and how to make coffee:-). We drink a lot of coffee and have visited about every starbucks in the GR area and this location is awesome!“

“I walked in and was immediately greeting by an employee that was on break.
Which threw me off but not a bad thing..
Everyone working there was so friendly and happy.
They brought me my cheese Danish and matcha latte (which never happens at other Starbucks)

Bathrooms were spotless.
Store was super clean.
You can tell everyone cares and is doing their best.

“This is my primary coffee stop - they are always fast and friendly. Even when busy the line moves quickly and they get the order correct. I've been coming here since it was built and do not have a single complaint (except for when semi trucks or work trucks part on the side road outside of it and block traffic, but that's not their fault!)“

“despite being updated to say 100 Michigan (probably because the Corewell Location is tired of losing customers to their bad-mouthed staff), this is 35 Michigan inside the food court, across from 100 Michigan. The location across the street also told us this location was closing.

Would recommend supporting the GOOD location & not the money grab one! 👀 (unless you like your drink randomized every time you shop)“

“I have never had a bad experience here. I came in and ordered my drink today, it looked absolutely beautiful and tasted so good! I believe one of the ladies was training someone and she was very patient and kind to her. I wish I got her name but her positive attitude made everything so much better. Whatever she is getting paid isn't enough. Both seemed like wonderful people!“

“They had an issue with the card reader, and while fixing it decided to just... pay for my entire order even though it only took five-ish minutes to fix. They always work very hard and keep calm despite having a long lines and few workers. Both the drink and food I order are always hot and good. I love going there :)“
