“New Chef Dylan is brilliant! This is not your old lackluster Bronze Door. We have dined at all of the incarnations of this restaurant going back to the original Bronze Door in the 70s - today’s dinner was by far the best meal we have ever had there! The new menu is imaginative without being gimmicky and the execution was superb! We almost did not eat there tonight based on previous experiences but they are close to home and we wanted to dine early. So glad we did! Every dish we had was superb! So happy to know that the Bronze Door finally has a chef and menu that it deserves.“

“Attended and helped plan my good friends wedding and I have to say the team at Charlevoix did such an amazing job! They executed 120 person event flawless with offerings of signature cocktails, delicious and unique food a cool environment but most of all attentive 5* service from all the staff and kitchen team that made a wonderful and memorable event. “My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

“Ummmm the smash burgers and dill garlic fries are to DIE for! Photos don’t do them justice. We’re not known to travel more than just around the corner for a quick bite unless we plan on it, but this is worth the last minute 25-30 min drive from where we live. Delicious food. Great staff!“

“Tried F\\u0026B for the first time last week after hearing so many great reviews. Even though the space is a little small, the decor and atmosphere of the place was amazing. The food was delicious and well prepared. My favourite dish was the carbonara gnocchi and duck breast. I would’ve loved to give this place a 5 star but the service was not great considering we were the only ones at the restaurant. Every time a plate was brought to our table, the server would already be walking away, while describing the contents of the dish. When we would wave the server down to ask a question, he never fully stopped at our table and didn’t wait to see if we had any other questions. He just walked away. Overall, I would come back again since their menu changes seasonally and the food was extremely tasty.“

“Went on a busy Tigers opener and had to park on the street, parking lot was full. Nice drink specials and wait staff got to us fast considering how crowded it was. Ordered an Italian calzone and a Philly Cheese Steak calzone and they were delicious. Had we knew how big they were we would have ordered one and split it, but we have lunch for tomorrow. “Had the opportunity to eat at sidecar slider bar last night for the first time on the hole. It was good experience, although I found it rather pricey for me the creativity of the sliders was really a welcome change from the typical burgers and sandwiches that you get around Grosse Pointe, however for $14 a slider, I would expect to get a freshly cooked ground beef patty and instead what I got was apparently precooked patties that maybe were kept warm in a serving tray or something and then just dressed with other fresh ingredients before their served. I would say that was my major disappointment with the sliders. For $14 I would expect to have a fresh piece of ground beef that was cooked to order, and then dressed up with the fantastic toppings and sauces that they have envisioned. Big disappointment that they don’t cook the burgers to order especially when they’re called a slider bar. One of the sliders I got was the fried chicken and it wasn’t even a fresh piece of chicken that was freshly breaded or dipped in a batter and deep-fried, and then put on the bun with some Fresh pickles, and so it seemed to me like it was a premade patty of some kind and it just was a major disappointment. So my recommendation for this place would be if you wanna call yourself a slider bar then the sliders should be fresh and cook to order and not made with Convenience over quality“

“What a hidden Gem! SavannahBlue did not disappoint from the time I walked in the door. Staff greeted me and queried how I heard about their restaurant. Once seated I was greeted by Ranier my server who made suggestions, but did not push! Food was delicious, moist and NOT over seasoned. The fish was lightly coated and large filet was served. The greens, were delectable and included Turkey. Almost forgot the smoked wings with the Housemaid Bbq sauce. That sauce should be bottled and sold (Yummy). Highly recommend this hidden Gem in downtown Detroit! Finally, the ladies bathroom is decorated for you to capture, fun photo's and video to share on IG, Snap or other social media platforms.
