“We went to Old Pony Martini Bar and loved the atmosphere! It has the feel of a great old neighborhood corner bar, casual, friendly, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and our hamburgers were delicious with hot, crispy French fries. There was nothing better than an ice cold beer on a hot Sunday afternoon. It made for a perfect afternoon. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Been here several times over the last couple of years, it feels like the best place locally to get fresh pasta in GP, especially in the Village/Hill. The food is fresh, flavorful, unique, cooked perfectly, everything you'd expect and want for the cost. They do have a good happy hour that's changed around a few times, it used to be better for drinks and they are ending it earlier at 5pm but it's worth checking out. It can be difficult to get service when it's busy and you're sitting at the bar, plus on a couple of occasions I've seen people get loud and out of hand without any intervention by the management.“

“Went on a Monday night and it was busy which was a good sign. We were told there was a short wait and in under 5 minutes we were seated.

We had salt & vinegar wings, thai wings, po boy and a couple drinks. Food was very tasty, drinks were good and the staff and owners were friendly and efficient. Everything we wanted as we were looking for somewhere to grab food and drinks around 8 on a Monday. Will be back.“

“I had a great experience at Bar Pigalle! From the atmosphere to the food and service, everything was on point.

I started with the single smash burger, which was really good. I also tried the grilled peaches with some type of meat and cheese that I honestly can’t pronounce 😂, but whatever it was, it worked!

I also had the duck, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.

But the BEST part of the entire night was the banana split dessert. Do not leave without trying it. That alone is worth coming back for!

Our server, Claire F., made the experience even better. She was fun, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great recommendations and made the whole dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable.

“This was my first time here on a weekend. Upon arriving the restaurant was a mix of sporty bar/ upscale grill vibes. I ordered the $40 lamb chops and green beans. Despite it being a typical weekend dine in, the service and workers were quick and professional. I must say the prices to fit the portions. My meal came with a cucumber, onion, and tomato salad, with a baked potato. That's 2 extra sides with a meal itself. Lastly, the atmosphere and environment was clean, trendy, and comfortable. It was a bit overstimulating with the big screen and multiple televisions. Like I mentioned, depending on the concept if you're there for a sporty, bar experience or more intimate setting. This restaurant gives a bit of both.“

“We walked in to the Buhl Bar and where greeted by George and Aish they where both so friendly and so full of information. We provided our preferences in taste and allowed George to select and make our cocktails. He nailed our tastes and delivered the best cocktails we have had. “My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

Unfortunately, her steak came out overcooked, and while the kitchen did recook it correctly, the timing put a damper on the evening — I ended up eating my meal alone while we waited for hers. “We love HenriettaHaus!!! A perfect spot for a fabulous cocktail or a great beer! The pizza is always soo good and they have killer salads. On top of being a great hang for dinner they were gracious enough to donate to a fundraiser a group of mine was hosting at planet ant a few summers ago, which means they’re great generous people too!!! Cheers!!!“

“I stopped in today because I stumbled upon this cute little spot. I was incredibly happy in all areas. The space is so perfect, it’s not very big inside at all but it doesn’t really need to be. Most people grabbing coffee in town are in and out with things to do. The person greeted us promptly and made a perfectly warmed hot chocolate for my son which he very much enjoyed. He loved the latte art so much. My mother and I had Carmel lattes and they were the best I’ve had honestly ever. They were very good conversation while making the drinks as well. My fiancé is jealous and we will be stopping in again very soon.“

“There's a thing about eastern market. It's alive during the day during market hours and then, it gets quiet. Pocket change was exactly what we were looking for to keep the vibes going! Just on the outskirts of downtown in eastern market. This little high end dive bar keeps dancing. Weekend DJ's and one of the only rooftop bars in the area. The incredible ambiance on the second floor feels like a hidden oasis of what seems to be the biggest spin and twirl of eastern market. I went with a few friends to celebrate a birthday to only feel like we were dancing the night away with the locals of the community. Great cocktails, incredible bar staff.. just ask for a spagett, and you'll feel like one of the locals!

They throw pop ups with surrounding vendors and if you need a late night snack the down stairs has some inedible tasty bites.“
