“Had lunch her for the first time today. We got the pulled pork, brisket and fries. Fries were crisp and seasoned to perfection. Pulled pork was tender — and there wasn’t a bit of fat to be seen. The brisket hands down was the star though. The most tender and juicy I have ever had. We lived in the south for years and this is by far and away the best bbq we’ve had. Their barbecue sauce is equally as delicious, I wish I’d ordered an extra! We will be back soon.“

“My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

“Ive had some tacos before, but Never an Arepa. food is delicious. I got one Chicken Arepa, one bowl, and Definelty was worth popping in after seeing on Chow Down Detroit reviewed. They were out of beef, but definitely gonna pop on here and there. “I had a positive experience for my first visit at modern cone. It’s such a unique cute ice cream place. I got a creative your own stacker and was so good especially when 100 outside. The staff was friendly and all of the staff were busy working and not standing around. I was out quick. I will definitely be back.“

“We used Papelon’s Food Truck for our Quinceanera Event with 70-80 guests. We avoided having to setup food in the venue. Even with so many hungry guest the food was made to order (Arepas, Cachapas and Tequenios) without a long wait. We had all the option of fillings on the menu!!! During peak the pagers were helpful so the guest could enjoy the party inside until the order was ready. It’s a plus if it gets a little chilly outside. At the end there was no leftover since our guest (mostly teenagers) could not stop eating. Non of the food went to waste which is amazing and showed everyone just loved the food! Service was impeccable by the friendly staff who stayed until no-one was hungry! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! P.s. Always good to try the food when popping up at the breweries in the area or at their food market in St Clair Shores!!! My personal favorites are Arepa Papelon e Arepa Reina Pepiada!“

“Stopped in for lunch. Being a conisseaur of French onion soup, of course I ordered it. Hands down one of the BEST I have had! my mom ordered the lemon chicken and I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were excellent dishes and packed with home made flavor. “Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“
