“I tried Summer Palace again after a long time away and like it a lot. I think the spring rolls are great. They are very accommodating in giving us hot mustard on the side. If you haven’t been back lately, give them another chance! We like the sweet and sour shrimp and wonton soup, too.“

“If you want genuine authentic Chinese food, this is the spot. I'm from China and a lot of Chinese places taste not even close. This spot is legit.

I recommend the Beef noodles(it is lean so small bites on the pieces) and their Mapo tofu rice. The fried pork belly is good, but a little overpriced in my opinion. I keep going back.

Best for big lunch or dinner. Food comes slow sometimes but it is always freshly cooked, it is worth the wait.

The staff are nice, the menu has so many options. They have savory, slightly sweet options. I did mot have spicy this time but... I want to. They have a bar but I did not have anything but I would love to see what cocktails they have. They have a flavorful tea, I needed sugar but boyfriend had as is. The vegetables were amazing and the chicken feet were a new experience but I now know, enjoyed and plan on eating again. They have small plate offerings so great for families, meeting, get together, dates and more. It is pretty accessible. The parking lot is a little tricky but I have seen much worse and if you have a walking disability would say the sides of the entrance don't have as much of an angle. The bathrooms have enough room for a wheelchair. I would rate the bathroom 8/10. Chinese Broccoli was juicy, tender and flavorful, Dim sum was great, the dumpling/buns are both must haves and next time we go back I will want more of each.“

Even though it was a 45 min wait, they tried hard too delivery missing items within a suitable time frame, and included a bonus item.

“A cozy ramen spot off the beaten road. The interior is lively and fits the food! I would recommend the chicken bao it is a fluffy bao bun loaded with mushrooms 🍄‍🟫, chicken 🍗, and scallions🤤. Just a suggestion though: I would recommend having more combo meal options as the ones on the menu are not very good. I don’t like chicken fried rice, I prefer noodles. I also don’t like to get the soft drinks or the spring/egg rolls either. I once asked if I could replace the rice with noodles because i didn’t want soft drink or the egg roll but i was told that it would still be an upcharge. Even though, it would actually level out the pricing. I just don’t want to order every single item alone. I wish that we could choose what we wanted instead. I go to Multifood and grab a huge container of food for 15$ that I could eat twice, and get whatever I want. Just don’t want to have to spend 40$ every time I eat here because I have to order everything I like separately. If there is a change I’ll definitely be back as I said the food itself tastes great, and I always am always pleased.“

“I have been a customer and have enjoyed delicious meals since it opened in 1985. We had moved away 20 years ago and whenever we came back to visit we would try to go to Shin Shin whenever possible. The vegetables used in the dish were fresh, i wished they were cooked a little longer but they had a nice crunch. The fried rice was freshly cooked and had the right amount of soy sauce taste to it (definitely wasn't the bulk food store fried rice different places use) and you could see egg that was used in the cooking too. As I ordered carryout I can't comment on how the staff was, but my food was done by the time they said it would be.“

Their egg rolls are delicious, crunchy on the outside soft but cooked on the inside. Some places fill an egg roll too much, here they are just perfect. Just keep in mind, your picking up food in a restaurant maybe 2 people are working in, so don't be impatient or disappointed they don't have tables to serve you at.
