They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “Went to Holy Bowly for the first time today while on lunch. I was met with great service, the cashier answered any questions I had about the food. The food tasted delicious and was fresh and hot. “Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!“

“Ate in the lounge and had fantastic service. Lovely wood smoke smell in the place. Tried 4 different red wine between my wife and I, all terrific. The small plates we tried were all excellent. My favorite was the whipped salted cod and my wife loved the maitake mushrooms. The mains were also great, the halibut was our favorite. The sherry for dessert was great.
