“Always liked Culvers. I have had th same great experience at every restaurant in every state. Wisconsin, Illinois, Arizona and now Michigan. The food is good, the custard is good, I love their root beer, the kids are always on point, the restaurant and property is fresh and clean every time. A very consistent company.

“I visit here about once a week every month for work, the older bartender/ waitress has always been amazing very attentive and polite but this new girl that's only there a couple nights is typically rude and very inattentive, she's taken my food from me while I was still eating this week. It can take 20 minutes before I get a drink and theres only 3 people at the bar, she's always on her phone, sitting on the bar or vaping and hitting on some of the male guest. The foods always been great even when they run off yet another chef from the kitchen. Management doesn't seem to like the staff that's been there a long time and are always there smiling and welcoming to the guests. All in all and good place to eat and right on the main floor of the hotel“

“love the store. you always have to leave with something. With me, it's clothes. we had breakfast and I hate to say how much the quality has gone down. you get plenty but it was terrible. my eggs were supposed to be over medium but one was over hard and the other was over easy, asked for crisp bacon one half crisp the other soft. Biscuits are not what they used to be, but gravy was great. I won't even start on my husbands. we don't complain due to what could happen in the back.“

I went with the hot turkey, and honestly, it hit the spot. The turkey was tender and juicy like it had been slow-roasted, and the gravy was rich and poured on generously—just how I like it. “If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. The hospitality is very awesome. I broke down and waited for parts to arrive at a near parts store. Stopping here made this situation actually fun! Drinks are good! I like blue moon so they had my favorite beer. Charlie and harmony are really awesome bartenders!!! The chili here is amazing! People need to come here and support your local bar. Good place to relax. Pool table. Got seating. Overall pleasant experience.“

“If you're from metro Detroit like we are, this is the only restaurant that comes close to Coney Islands back home! Good food, could be cheaper, but it's worth it considering there's not a lot of good food in Jackson, and the service is always great with friendly staff!“

“All of the food is amazing! Their specials are always a good deal. I've had sandwiches, burgers, and breakfast there, and I have never had a bad meal...and the price is extremely affordable! The service is always top-notch, and the owner is pretty social and loves to meet the customers.“

“Brass Rail has new ownership which is phenomenal and the majority of the bar staff is great. There is one bar maid that believes because she is well endowed that she can speak to older people and females any which way. They need to get rid of her and it would be completely 5 stars.“
