Regarding service - it's a bar and, yep, ya gotta sometimes wait for another patron to finish their story... Don't take offense and they'll take care of you as soon as they can :)“

They called back the owner/manager who was driving home to ensure our meal was a success. They waited on us and didn’t rush to get us out, let our kids play pool and provided large quantities of hot, delicious food!Very appreciated on a cold, winter night when all the other places around didn’t want to help a party our size!We’ll be back next time we’re up here!“

“If you ever drive north of Minoqua ever...find your way to Nora's in Hurley. By far the most amazing place you could stumble upon. Mike is your long lost best friend with a beautiful soul and giant heart. In the summer he has a little hidden beer garden in the back. Part of the ambiance is that its in the middle of nowhere, WI but I so badly want to translant him and this place to lake country in SE WI.“

We just stopped by there with my husband to watch a UEFA champions league soccer game which is quite far from American interest; but everybody was happy to put the game for us and discuss with us the whole time.
