“My wife and I gave this place a try last winter- the drink I had was great! My wife doesn't drink and they charged her $4 for a sparkling water from the tap- no lemon or lime, which was a bit jarring. It was a bit awkward, but we've been told that our experience is NOT the norm. We'll have to give it another try! The patio looks great, the inside is adorable, and again, the drink was great!“
“Went there for the first time for Othello. Very intimate theatre with wonderful acting. Have dinner at the Harbor Table which is two blocks away. StageNorth has a quaint bar for a drink prior. Tickets $20 - great bargain. My only suggestion is the seats are not that comfortable for a 3 hour show.“
“Great place to stop for a drink or to eat. I did both on Friday night. I ordered the White Fish, fish fry, which came with one giant plate sized piece, a very generous side of fries (delicious), coleslaw, and tartar sauce. The fish was excellent! I also had jalapeño poppers as a side. Bartenders were very nice and friendly, as well as the older lady next to me at the bar, waiting for her takeout. When I go up north, that is the exact place I'm looking for. Thank you!“
“Very glad The Snug is open and serving dinner until 9 on a Summer Sunday night. There is so much to fit into a weekend that the restaurants that stop serving at 8 don't fit our schedule. The Snug bartender dealt with a table of five ordering many drinks and dinner with a friendly and expert manner. We had a fantastic time with tasty sandwiches that were just what we were looking for. We'll definitely go back.“
“We loved the Manny Penny Bristol during our stay in Bayfield! The food was delicious every time and our waiter David went above and beyond taking care of us and bought us dessert for congregations on our wedding! He was super friendly and very efficient! You could also see him giving all the customers the same attention and making everyone feel special! He is a true asset to the bristo!“
“I had a great stay at The Blue Wave Inn. Clean and comfortable. Made me feel like I was at home. The people working in the cafe and gift shop were super genuine and welcoming . It was a pleasure to stay . The cafe has really good food and coffee . “
“We will always stop here when heading up the shore line and on the way back. The drinks are always amazing and the sandwiches are so filling. The layout of the place is amazing. You can sit downstairs and view the ice heaves in the winter (or the waves in warmer temps) or sit upstairs and see for miles. We’ve met a very interesting fellow here once and it was such a comfortable place to hear him talk about his life over coffee. We were in the upstairs room with the glass all around. Honestly, one conversation and coffee I won’t forget.Those who are staying in the Inn portion are lucky to have coffee right downstairs. Hopefully one day, my fiancé and I are able to stay here for a couple of days and just sip on coffee & people watch!Parking: Lots of parking! We travel with our travel trailer and it was a breeze parking!“

“Saw the sign on Highway 13 so thought we’d give it a try. The cabin’s residents next door to ours said it was a good pick when we mentioned we were headed there. Told us about the hockey theme. We loved it! We were obviously outsiders but felt welcome. And Sparky couldn’t have been more friendly. Fun fellow to chat about hockey with. And the cod was awesome! Loved the fries. Service top notch. Going there was one of the highlights of our trip - loved it!“
