“My first time dining at Brick and Brine was tonight. The food and ambiance was fabulous and Travis and Mike were amazing and knowledgeable servers. Looking forward to dining there again.“

“I ordered through GrubHub. The cheese curds were fantastic and the portion was huge for the price. Unfortunately, they didn't send the chicken tenders entree I ordered, so I can't comment on that. The cheese curds were good enough that I'll give them another try though!“

“Came in from out of town and made sure to check out a hockey themed bar being a live long hockey fan. Burger was good despite me not being super hungry. Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.“

There are plenty of things for the non-meat eaters as well.\nThe day I was there, the weather was nice and our group sat up on the terrace. \nThis is a great place to watch a game; lots of TV screens and plenty of beverages and snacks (or more).\nGood location close to K College and WMU.“

Since the restaurant business isn't advertised, they maybe feed total of 5-20 people a night , rarely that it's 20.A new chef took over in April 2025, due to very little business the menu is small but very delicious. The chef is a culinarian of 28 years and also runs the banquets. Phenomenal food that I've experienced.“

“my husband and I and my sister was just there Thursday 3/22/23 and the food was better than I remembered and the coffee was fantastic im glad they had French vanilla creamer, my sister and I got the French toast with a side of ham and it was fantastic my husband got eggs, hashbrowns , toast , bacon and ham the service was fantastic as well .. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10“

“If you get the opportunity to be served by Logan and Jade downstairs, do not miss it under any circumstance. I haven’t been to downtown in a long time (I’m a country hick), and these two treated my group like we were the only people in the restaurant. As far as those two were concerned, we were royalty. While they were “just doing their jobs,” they were amazing. If the rest of the staff is half as good as these two, do not hesitate to stop in. We could not have dreamed of better service. I just hope we tipped enough for how they treated us.“

My wife liked her Alaska French toast and regular French toast. Our server was really good. She was friendly, attentive, didn't auction off the food and pre bussed our table. Prices are average and it's worth stopping by.“

To be honest, I’ve gone there a handful of times in the last 10 years and the staff hasn’t been the friendliest or most attentive. Other patrons aren’t super friendly either, which is why I usually order take out. Drinks are average prices. Overall, the food makes it worth the take out order. Get the olive burger and mushrooms!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this one. My friends and I came in for breakfast the other day, and Cassie our waitress was awesome. The food was great, but she really made the experience. There was a table being super rude to her, and she still stayed calm, kind, and totally professional. We felt so bad for her but were really impressed with how she handled it. We made sure to leave her a big tip....she definitely deserved it.“

When they were closed on Monday, we decided not to order breakfast at all rather than ordering from another establishment! The prices, sizes, and quality are great. Highly recommend the omelettes and skillets! I love that I can build my own exactly how I like it without worrying about price gouging! My favorite breakfast place so far in Michigan!“
