“I've been to all the Factory Coffee locations now, and I've never had a bad experience. Service is always amazing, kind and helpful, especially for a foodie/coffee nut like me who can be indecisive. Each atmosphere is a bit different, but I've been able to do work or meet with people at all of them- super cozy and modern. Food and drinks are great too! Espresso has been perfectly brewed everywhere I've gone, not sour or bitter, while maintaining a bold flavor. I love their fun specials too! (Baklava latte is RIDICULOUS). Im glad to have a go-to coffee spot in kzoo now!“

As ex-locals who've been away from Kalamazoo for a while, revisiting Sweetwater's Donut Mill was like unearthing a cherished, delicious memory – and it was even better than we remembered!

The moment you walk in, the familiar, comforting aroma of freshly baked donuts instantly transports you back. The sheer variety is still astounding; from classic glazed and old-fashioned to their more unique and decadent creations, there's something to tempt every palate.

For anyone who grew up in or lived in Kalamazoo, Sweetwater's is more than just a donut shop – it's a nostalgic landmark. Coming back and finding it just as fantastic as we left it was incredibly heartwarming. The staff were just as friendly and efficient as we remembered, too!

She even was able to show me the difference between a yeast donut and a cake donut she was just fabulous! Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“

“Small Mom and Pop shop. Best bagels ever! Today, I got the Asiago cheese right out of being made! OMG best ever. The menu sandwiches look so good. (On diet, so bagel is plenty for me) They have a big refrigerator case with lots of drink options. I do not drink coffee, so not sure how it is. I was happy to find Celsius and my fav flavor. They also have various Asian ice cream, candy, etc.

Parking: Parking is great, right now! S. Westnedge is all blocked due to construction. This makes it less traveled so parking is easy to find. They have a parking lot and side street parking & usually parking right out front.“

I forgot to ask for the almond milk and they were great and still fixed it for me (yes! it was right) I also love that they jave their calories on everything so I don't have to go searching the website or guessing what everything is. Nice change of pace!“
