“The staff that were there this morning were absolutely amazing! 😍 They were working so hard busting their tails. My issue is everyone gets drinks in the am. It's one of the busiest times of the day. There were not enough staff available to keep up with the line. There were only 3 staff. As I was pulled up to the front a 4th arrived. However I suggest a minimum of 5 on staff after 630. That's when the school rush will start to arrive. Shout out to the awesome employees there this morning though! They did a great job and kept a positive attitude and didn't give up!!“

“The people that work at this location are friendly and nice . It didn’t take long to get my drink . But your Staff at this location is always so friendly and nice . Very welcoming. They smile and talk to you like a person . They look you in the eye when they talk to you . Very respectful . You don’t always get service like that anymore . And I appreciate that the staff here does that.“

“This donut shop was fairly busy during my visit, but the staff was still attentive and friendly. It’s a nice place that feels a tad old fashioned inside, but the prices were great and the donuts excellent. I got a few different types to go, and they all tasted great. The pistachio muffin was probably my favorite, but the apple crumb was also delicious. I can see why the place is so popular. It’s definitely living up to the hype.“

“I’ve ordered delivery a few times (never been to the restaurant itself) and it’s been absolutely incredible every time! When they were closed on Monday, we decided not to order breakfast at all rather than ordering from another establishment! The prices, sizes, and quality are great. Highly recommend the omelettes and skillets! I love that I can build my own exactly how I like it without worrying about price gouging! My favorite breakfast place so far in Michigan!“

“I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“

“I order my coffee on the Bigby App so that I can cut my wait time down. I still have to wait inside because they never have more than one person making drinks and can never make a bagel in under 25 minutes. Ridiculous.“

“Just grabbed coffee to go; I thought the store was bright and clean. It felt more antiseptic than cozy but that could have just been my take on it cause it was a rainy fall day and I was looking for cozy. Regardless, it still had that heavenly Starbucks aroma and the people working there were lovely!“

“We live in Pennsylvania now but every time we are back in Kalamazoo we stop for donuts. We often bring a dozen donuts for 4 different households back to Pennsylvania with us. There isn't a good quality donut bakery anywhere near us in Pennsylvania. Best donuts we've ever found.“

“This place and staff are great here. There small private rooms for meetings with clients or with your caseworkers here. JUST ASK POLITELY if you could use the quiet room and they will most likely say yes, even if you don't by a coffee. Very nice of them seems the coffee shop has a nice vibe as well as an outdoor area and is enclosed if ya have kids and decide to go. Enclosed area includes tables and seeting ,some monkey bars for the kids and large chalk board and chalk. Public bathrooms, and this area is generally clean and no homeless people during daily service here. GREAT PLACE,COFFEE,AND VIBES. Thank you coffee factory for the use of the quiet rooms and seating. 😃“
