Starbucks in Kalamazoo

“Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.“

“I really enjoyed their turkey bacon egg white muffin as well as the chai latte with almond milk. I forgot to ask for the almond milk and they were great and still fixed it for me (yes! it was right) I also love that they jave their calories on everything so I don't have to go searching the website or guessing what everything is. Nice change of pace!“

“I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but great customer service by the two gentlemen taking orders. They were smiling and striking a conversation with me and my youngest son. Way to go to those two guys. Thanks for making my day. My youngest even said mom that was great customer service. Keep it up.“

“Honestly one of the nicer Starbucks I've been to! Had a rough night so I stopped by for a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a new tumbler for fall. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by a chorus of good mornings and had pleasant conversation with the baristas, made my entire day! Dining room was very clean, organized, and the coffee was amazing as always. Highly recommend this Starbucks! Thanks Mere and everybody for brightening up my not so great morning, that was the boost I needed.“

“Love this place but don't appreciate them raising the prices on the specialty coffees. Remember they are over5 bucks a cup now. Might have to start going to McDonald's. Times change, still love Starbucks and prices don't bother me anymore. Life long goer!!!!“

“If I were to describe my visit in one word, it would be delighted, but one word does not do this place justice. I did not know quite what to expect as I have never been to a coffee shop before, but it's safe to say I was more than delightfully surprised! The interior seating was immaculately upkept and just spaced out enough to feel like home. The selection of goods was astonishing! However, what really made the trip was the amazing service I received. I am sure all the staff that work here are awesome, but today, I was blessed to have Abigail as a barista. She was exceptionally kind and patient with a first timer like myself, and, even through the flurry of orders, she was able to curate a genuine connection with me! I recommend everyone to give this place a shot! It is truly exceptional in every way!“
