“We had a team building and dinner event for 14 colleagues at the Hub Stadium Auburn Hills. We had a great time. The buffet food was great, our server John was awesome, and the games were a lot of fun. Gracee helped me plan this event, she was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. “Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. “Randomly stopped in on a Saturday while on town. Food was delicious. The chicken dip was different but good. Service was slow but the waitress did receive a huge party about 30 minutes after we arrived. I enjoyed the sliders. It was only loud inside because of the party but other than that it was enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the French onion soup.“

“I only had a sandwich and some mozzarella sticks but those were good and other people seemed happy with their meals - but mostly here to say the atmosphere / service at this place is unmatched. Amy & Heather who I got the opportunity to have as bartenders and servers both times I came (and they’re sisters! How fun) both went beyond the call of normal service. This place was the closest nearby spot to an emergency vet I took my dog to after an attack. I was obviously a bit solemn when I came in the first time for lunch and immediately they asked me if I was okay and both came around the bar to hug me when tears started welling and listened to my story and showed so much care and compassion for my poor doggy. When I came back a week later they recognized me IMMEDIATELY and asked how my boy was doing and were overjoyed when I said he’s healing well and getting stitched up today. I also wanted to come back to get their names just so I could be sure to mention them by name in a review because they certainly deserve it. Outside of that, clearly they (and the rest of the staff here) have compassion and familiarity with mostly everyone who walked in the door. They impressively remembered names, usual orders, and asked specific questions about peoples’ lives (and I was sitting at the bar for a long time while I waited for my dog both times and got to witness LOTS of interactions) - all were overwhelmingly positive. I love love LOVE this place. I live in Detroit and rarely come to the suburbs unless I need to - but I might have to start making Mr. Joe’s a regular stop ❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“I went here for the first time with some friends to watch the NCAA tournament. I want expecting much but they had a good beer selection and the wings were really good.... Way better than BW3's these days. The waitress was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. If definitely go back for their wings.“

“Matt has done a good job at cleaning the place up, especially the restrooms. Open Mic night is a great way to see live performances and many different styles. I also like Friday Karaoke- the bar was 80% full and people were having a great time with their friends. If I was to have any complaint it would be parking, needs better lighting , repaving and expanding if at all possible. If that happened they would have to have add another floor“

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

Though the reason for the occasion was a somber one, the Game Room was perfect in atmosphere, size, amenities, and decor! Food was top notch, service superior with our 2 bartenders who kept dishes clear and beverages flowing. Erin, the manager was a jewel to work with! She answered questions and offered suggestions and took every phone call with grace and sincerity. “Took my family to dinner here we had excellent service and were seated quickly. My daughter tried the new dirty soda and loved it! We split the appetizer sampler and it was delicious. Both my kids got kids meals and my husband got a steak meal which came out cooked a perfect medium rare and his sides were hot (which isn’t common these days). I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp which never disappoints; came out hot and tender. We also decided to try the new apple pie dessert and I was sooo good I highly recommend.“

“This location was my regular Bdubs for a decade while I was working in Novi. The staff has always been kind and quality on my visits. The bar area and the regular seating areas are both consistent for service. The food is good and they have my favorite sauces and cheese sticks! I come here whenever I am in Novi to get my spicy garlic fix! Tuesdays and Thursdays are very busy like other Bdubs locations. Come to this location when you are in or near Novi.“

“I go to a university nearby & one day one of my friends suggests that we go to TGI Friday's since that's not a very common restaurant that you see. We get there & they had this Tuesday lunch deal which was $10 for a burger, fries, & a drink. It was so good we decided to go again the next week. This was when we got April as our waitress for the first time, & she was so amazing & kind it made it an even better experience. She works very hard & makes sure that everything is good & gets us refills of our drinks in a very timely manner. One of my friends always chugs his sweet tea the moment he gets it but she makes sure that he doesn't need to wait too long before getting a refill. Going to TGI Friday's on Tuesday for lunch became a weekly tradition that was always the highlight of all of our weeks, & not only April but all the Tuesday lunch staff are amazing & they all contributed to the amazing experience. I have heard that other times of day & week when the staff is different the service isn't nearly as good, but speaking from my experience of Tuesday lunch it's definitely a 10/10.“
