Their turkey seems to have gone up in quality.

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.“

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“We were at Garden District last night.The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing! Our server Brook and all of the other staff were fast, friendly, and on point.We shared the BBQ shrimp, beignets, and the seafood platter. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. “So we came in after our daughter’s softball game for some food and hopes of watching the White Sox game. Kylie was our server and she was amazing, very friendly and outgoing. She tried to get the game on for us but didn’t know how to do it. She came back and said her manager came in and she is taking care of it. So as we are sitting there, what I assume is the manager, comes over and in a very condescending way says the game is over and they won. My boyfriend is a big fan. I said “oh did he grow up in Chicago?” Again she said rudely comments “color matters.” We asked for the white Sox game and never got it. Food was good, service from Kylie was great, interaction with the manager should have not been that way.“

“Boardwalk has been my go to sub spot for over a decade. Unfortunately I moved to a different state now, but anytime I'm in Grand Rapids I find my way here.
Their menu is great, but one of my favorite things to do is just walk in and have whoever is helping me create their favorite or experiment. This particular evening Kayla and Grace did not disappoint and gave me a great take on their turkey & prostini.
The staff has always treated me great and the quality of food has been consistently wonderful.“

“I am super disappointed in the change that this Chick-fil-A has made to their drive-through. They have the mobile through that was super convenient. But now it doesn’t matter if you use mobile through because they emerge everyone into one lane and you could end up behind four people that pulled in after you. So there’s no point in using the mobile through anymore. Except that you don’t know until you turn the corner which lane you wanna be in. And by then you’re stuck. Again super frustrating.“

“I enjoy the food but why did every single MD I've been to have a heavy looking cabinet mounted directly above the toilet?

Seems like a dangerous placement, if anything were to happen, the cabinet would fall down directly onto the unsuspecting customer and likely kill them“

“Stopped by Zoup for a quick dinner at 5pm. The inside was clean and I was greeted as I entered the door, which I always appreciate. A young man took my order and brought my food to me at my table, which is great service.

I got the loaded baked potato, which was very good. Though it seemed like some of the potato had started to melt and made it a little ticker than I would like, but not enough to spoil it.

Overall, decent food, good service and not terribly expensive. Always good for a quick lunch or dinner!“

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.“

“Panera is a good quality soup, salad, and sandwich shop. Menu has a decent variety to meet most tastes. The is particular branch appears clean and the food was of expected quality. Ordered online and food waa not ready when posted. Had to wait an additional 10 mins. Staff appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. For the cost it was good food and tolerable service.“

However allow people to order 50$ worth of food through the drive through making everyone wait for them is completely bs. Other fast food will make them pull up or place and online order! “I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I came in today and got a window seat to enjoy a cup of coffee. This location is so noisy, and the speaker right above me was blaring music at about 74 decibels. I don't think the employees in the back are aware of how loud the sound is when you are sitting underneath the speakers. I am having to leave because the volume was a serious annoyance. I asked twice for them to turn it down, and it's still just as loud: 74 decibels. Hearing loss starts at 75 decibels. Since the pandemic all restaurant have been playing music way too loud. 55-60 decibels is plenty loud enough for background music. Background music should be exactly that, background.“
