“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

This is a great location with immaculate service, clean store amazing food and hospitable staff that work hard to deliver you what you deserve- A mouthwatering sandwich made by even better people!

“The crew that worked at this Henry Ford location on: April 14, 2026 around 2 pm was GREAT! I was having a low blood sugar reaction and they helped me immediately when I told them. I requested an oatmeal raisin cookie and cup for a drink until I could order my sandwich. Tanijha gave me the cookie and cup immediately. When it was my turn to order my sandwich Mimi and Malcolm worked very well together to get my sandwich to me expeditiously due to my low blood sugar. All this happened during a very busy time for them; however, they worked together to get me and my blood sugar together! 😊 I want each of them to know that I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. I tried to call to speak with their manager Angela the next day, to compliment them, but the phone just rang, then cut off. God BLESS and kudos to each of them for a JOB WELL DONE!

“We came here a few minutes prior to closing time.
The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.
Don’t let the “atmosphere” of the place deter you. Sure, it’s not glamorous. But the service made up for it in spades. Thank you kind sir!“

“I stopped into this Subway location for the first time, and it definitely did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting my order just right.
I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki on toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, and that classic teriyaki sauce—and wow, they did not skimp on the chicken. Even though it might not have looked overloaded at first glance, it was packed and absolutely delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite.
I made it a combo with chips, and everything came together perfectly for a quick, satisfying meal.
One of the best parts about this location is how close it is to my office—huge bonus points for convenience. It’s safe to say this will be a regular stop for me going forward. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall! 👏“

“Best sub place around! I'm sensitive to both gluten and dairy, but I would not consider myself highly sensitive since I don't have issues with cross contamination. That being said I have never had a problem after eating at this Tubby's. They have gluten free sub buns! Only sub shop I know that has them. And their website has an allergen chart so it's easy to figure out what you can and can't eat. At this location they always clean the grill and change gloves since they know I'm sensitive to dairy and gluten. The food is always good and it takes a little longer than fast food but is worth the couple extra minutes. Highly recommend eating here.“

“I had a problem at the this local about 5 days ago and postes pictures on FB. After posting these pictures the owner reach out to me within 24 hours. The owner offer to give me a platter because she notice I was a realtor. After a brief discussion I made a different offer for her location to sponsor the 80 subs for a “Feed The Homeless” event that 248 Jeephers was doing a week later instead. I am happy that the owners accepted my offe. “I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“
