“the ONLY breakfast stop in Detroit for our family. we stop here every morning on the way home from work. the hot cocoa is excellent 👌 I absolutely love how they are community oriented, and they remember every person they ever serve. our very first experience my brother, sister in law, and I stopped in first thing in the morning, ordered our stuff and went about our day. the next morning it was just my brother and they asked where my sister and law and I were at 😭❤️. top tier customer service, reminds me of our donut shop back home (small town Texas). will be back every day until we leave for back home!“

“I believe her name was Sheila or Sheila. But, she was very nice and super friendly. I accidentally ordered my sister and my drink wrong this morning and she had no problem remaking it and was very nice about it. She also was very nice and sweet to my daughter and my nephew. All they kept talking about was her when we pulled off how they liked her and that she was really nice. We need more people like her working in the workplace to start peoples morning off right!“

“Love that they are open 24 hours. They always have a decent selection of ice cream, donuts and pre-made frozen cakes/ice cream.

Needs better outdoor lighting at night, there is no lighted sign and it is hard to tell if it is open or now unless you walk up to the door.“

“4 star visit in May 2024 I picked it off the map but the combination location with a gas station took you down a star. The timbits packed carelessly smashed in the box flap. The fumes. The lack of food assortment. But the flavor and the price cannot be beat. Will be back to TH, but may stick with the standalone stores.“

“They opened promptly at 6:00 a.m. I didn't have to wait a minute longer. The woman at the register who took my order was agreeable and nice, and she put a smile on my face. Then the food came out so fast, even though it was very busy in the drive-thru and there were many customers coming in at once since they'd just opened the doors.

No real complaints here. The only thing I noticed is that it had clearly been a while since the dining room had an update or a heavy cleaning. The outlets in USB ports at the booths and on the walls, especially at the back of the store, were old and ratty. I wasn't confident it would've worked if I'd tried to use one. The booths needed a good cleaning which obviously hadn't been done the night before since they just opened and I was the first customer. Also the shades were colored on and stained.

The important part is that it wasn't disgusting or filthy, just needed a little attention.“

“I must say a manager in by the name of Bell needs a raise she really looked out for me today like never before and I really appreciate and on her for what she did. Coming from the state of Florida is very rare that you have good managers who's willing to go above and beyond their job of duties please GM whomever hire her I really need to consider to give her a raise seriously like ASAP“

“Best service in suck a long time. I cam in with my ebike and need it to charge it and the blond manager was Soo nice to let me in to charge it. I ordered somethink and was missing 60 cents and she actually sponsor my meal. Super super super clean . Stay here for like an hr and never I heard once someone yelling. Great customer service and great managers.“
