“Super fun atmosphere, they even had karaoke when we went! The drinks were cheap -- they only accept cash though. The only thing I wish is that there was a little more seating because it gets so busy you can barely walk through. Overall super upbeat place, definitely the place to be for a night out, not a quiet date night spot.“

There are a lot of fun things to do at this Mt Clemens Jem like bowling, darts, pool, and getting drunk while listening to live entertainment late nights on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's. Also you can watch your favorite sports on one of many TVs or catch up on the local and national news. They also have a jukebox if you feel like entertaining the bar with your favorite tunes. They have clean bathrooms. There's convenient parking in the back parking lot, or there's limited parking spaces in front of The Rec Bowl.Parking: Plenty of free parking in the back parking lot, or you can park in one of the limited parking spaces in the front of The Rec Bowl for free.Kid-friendliness: Afternoons are best for the kids. Unfortunately, we arrived after the kitchen closed at 9:45p, so we did not get to enjoy the food, but we'll be back! I ate way too much, but couldn't stop! We also ordered the meatballs that were excellent. There were so many, we saved them for our dinner tonight. All the packaging was labeled, with a very nice note on the bag. I even asked for a special surprise that they honored. I won't say what it was because then everyone would be asking for it ?. “What more could you ask for? They have indoor cornhole and a poker room. While you are hanging out they give the kids tokens for the arcade. Got some pretzels for an app and wings for dinner. All the food and drinks were great and service was very attentive.“

“Went to pub as a pre game stop to meet up as party of 12. Tables has been pushed together and warm welomes as we had been settled as a party of 12. Food was excellent! Has steak and fries. “One of if not the best bars in Shelby. The bartenders are great - attentive and always great conversation if that’s what you’re looking for. They have a great liquor selection and 6 beers on draft + numerous can and bottle options. Customer accessible jukebox, shuffle board table and darts. Plenty of tvs! “Went here while i was out of town working. The Reuben was beyond amazing. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable and was on top of your every needs without be over bearing. The rage tater tots are delicious, the bacon is actual cooked then crumbles bacon, the cheese sauce it steaming hot and the tater tots are perfectly crispy, I could not get these tater tots cooked to this level of perfection at home, they are that good. The corned beef is the best I have had anywhere, Turkey bacon wrap is also delicious. You can tell the food is made with intent and pride. A restaurant like this is really hard to find and I will be a repeat customer.“

The variety of boozed stacked on the shelf behind the bar looked like a good assortment with high quality selections.So glad this place was still open and the kitchen was still serving take out orders and in house dining at this hour.Music was relaxed lounge and there’s about 4 large TVs in the space to watch sports. Outdoor patio seating is also provided with umbrellas.This place is a perfect size and we were pleased with the service and the food. Inside has about 35-40 seats including the bar.Will be back next time I’m in Shelby for some late eats. The menu really has everything you could want with a Good selection to choose from.“

On this visit they had a steak taco special on the menu, which we both ordered, and enjoyed immensely. Another feature we like about the place is the big selection of bottled beer, and a pretty good selection of draft beer, so lots of choices for your evening beer exploration adventure. The only thing preventing this being a five-star review, unfortunately, was the too-loud trivia game they were playing that night, which steamrolled all other conversation. Since we weren't playing trivia, trying to talk over the incredibly loud game announcer sucked all the pleasant atmospheric ambience from the room. We left as soon as we finished our beers, with happy bellies, but irritated ears.“
