“Went here for our 11th anniversary. Was recommended here many times. We had the tableside tomahawk for 2. Sliced by the tableside by the manager and plated as well tableside. When i tell you, this steak was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Seared to perfection, excellently cooked, and very conservatively seasoned to bring out of every flavor of the steak. The house salad and dressing is unlike any around, leaving you wanting more. Our waiter (Joe) i believe was absolutely stunning. He caters like no other, but also lets you enjoy your meal, without interupting and still servicing. If i could rate higher, i absolutely would. I will DEFINITELY be back here. “😋This was the first time that I have eaten at River Rat. The food was sooo delicious!! My husband Larry and I had the Chicken Breast Montreal, I had coleslaw, and Chicken Noodle soup, and he had mashed potatoes, and green beans with his. His brother Mike, had the baked Walleye. The rolls were sooo yummy!! Many thanks to our waitress Tayler! She was so nice, and kind, and onpoint!! I give this rating a 5 Star!! We shall be back!“

“My husband & I had our anniversary dinner here for the first time. We got the calamari for an appetizer which was the best we ever had! He ordered the ribs, I had the crab stuffed shrimp, and creme brûlée for dessert! The bread, the side salad, the coleslaw… literally everything was absolutely delicious! And on top of the yummy food, our waitress April was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and made our experience even better! We definitely found our new favorite restaurant!“

“Went for an early dinner corn chowder was PUKE IN A BOWL ordered fish and chips to my surprise Chef is using low quality Pollock for high quality Cod talked to mgr and she had few profanities and hung up phone I have been a Chef for many years and detected this right off the bat don’t let them steal your money on low quality products 2pc $1799 and 3 pcs $20.99 they were 2oz pcs of fish!!? “Friendly . Cashier he is great and patient. I like the deals and they have good coleslaw and fries . I didn’t care for chicken just because it had a little smell and bone was really dark but the fish was pretty decent. Overall you at least get your moneys worth.

The atmosphere isn’t terrible just need maybe some new cushions on the bench it’s really just a order walk in grab your food type of place.“

The potatoes were delicious, and the coleslaw had just the right balance of flavors and texture. Even the rolls were soft and fresh, which really rounded out the meal. “This restaurant is a cool, coastal stop vibe that you should definitely check out at least once. The service is fantastic. The staff are so kind and treat you with respect and honest care. The atmosphere is great for all ages. They have a bar, a little secret museum with all things Snoopy, and nice outside areas. Pictures and decorations cover the walls. The prices are decent. The food is about average and has a lot of potential. Definitely something you should check out.“

“There aren’t many Chinese restaurants I like anymore, but decided to order a carry out tonight from China Town. It was some of the best Chinese I’ve had in ages. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The packaging was nice, leaking styrofoam. Everything had a secure lid. I got the house fried rice and it was so good! Had fresh pork, chicken, shrimp, and veggies in it for a small up charge. Nice sized shrimp too! Really so very pleasantly surprised! Will definitely be back.“

We picked from one of the choices of limited menus for our large group. We were seated in the most beautiful location. Service was perfection my family is still talking about how good the food was.
