“I come to this location very often because it’s on the way to my job. Sometimes there is a wait but I always get my order prepared correctly and they are also so nice! Today, a young lady named Fallon was working the drive thru and she was so nice and informative because I truly didn’t know what a latte was. But we both laughed about it. I will continue going to this location!“

“I don't usually do reviews or call the place to commend them but this time I Am !!
We always go to this McDonald's at 26 & Gratiot when we are home because they actually take pride in what they do !!! Because of an Egg/Chicken allergy I'm limited on what I can have.
I just had the absolute BEST Quarter Pounder meal I've ever had from ANY Mcdonald's I've ever been to !!! HUGE PROPS to Charlie who I found out is who made it after I called to thank them. Charlie was also the manager, so If ALL the other Mcdonald's need to be shown how to do it perfect and taste great, put Charlie in charge of it, fly him all over the country teaching employees how to do it, and give him 6 figures !!! Seriously !!!“

“Can’t say enough good thinks about this place. We stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado Sandwich and fries and it was amazing! My husband wanted a soup to go with it. They were all out of the Creamy Wild Mushroom soup and he was real disappointed. But when we went back inside to pick up our order they had made some fresh Mushroom soup for him. And it was better than amazing! What wonderful service! Definitely gained two loyal customers! Will definitely be back and you should go too! Thank you!“

“I don't understand all the negativity. The location here on Gratiot is wonderful! I visit about twice a week and we've got coffee, doughnuts, ice cream and everything's been delicious. I often see the same younger guy and younger lady working and they are always attentive & friendly. Keep up the great work!“

“Our family has been coming down to this ice cream store since it was Emersons. (over 8 years) CC's has done an amazing job at turning this into a family style ice cream parlor.We love the fact you can either sit inside or walk outside and sit by the pier. They have tons of different options. Good Job 👍 We love this place!“

“I was there on Friday August 30th at 10am. There were extremely busy. The coffee was on point. Everything was moving like a well oiled machine. All the employees deserve a raise. I left my debt card in the machine. I ran back even though it was extremely busy. They still helped me. Was super courteous. They didn't drop a beat. The drive threw was wrapped around the building. Still made time to give me back the card. I tip My hat to all the hard working people. That was on that shift. I do appreciate everything you guys do. You all help everyone get there morning started.“

“The employee went out of his way to feed us when we were broke and waiting for a car repair. They had computers in the lobby. I've never seen that before but half of them were broken.
Kid-friendliness: I walked in to only ask for water because I had no money and could not afford Anything, but the young man spent his lunch money to get a happy meal for my son. Thank you!“
