“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Absolutely wonderful staff and wonderful food. My son has food allergies and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. He was able to safely eat here with allergies to milk, egg and beef. Would recommend to anyone!!“

“My little family of four went to Mr. Chicken for the first time (6pm, Sept 11, 24) and it was fabulous! My 12 year old grandson and my two daughters enjoyed every last bite that we could make ourselves eat.

The restaurant is old, cute and inviting! We were all very comfortable.

Also, a huge shout out to our waitress. We believe there was only one waitress and she was exceptionally great!

Kid-friendliness: My grandson is always such a nervous little guy in the restaurants, but he was so comfy here. We laughed and talked as if we were at home!“

Kool-aid is on point also. When I'm visiting Detroit Michigan, i always seem to want Manhattan chicken and Kool-aid. “David the manager is great, I made an order, but had to change it last minute, because I was having more people than I expected at my house for dinner. David changed my order with no issues and told me it would be about another 8 minute wait. I said "No problem" because I understand I made the change of order. While waiting I sat and listened to the crew talking and communicating orders and a little personal talk, the communication between employees was nice and not offensive, which I find rare waiting for orders at food places these days. My food was piping hot when I got it and I had a really good experience at this location. The workers are great and work very well as a team to make sure customers get there orders right and with quality.“

Cons: My only critique is that the size of the drumsticks and thighs are too small for the price. The wings from Buffalo Wild Wings have similar amount of meat as the drumsticks and thighs I got from Chicken Shack. ?“

“The food at KFC is very yummy. I even went there today! I get chicken tenders, French fries, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. My brother there gets everything I get, but he gets something I don’t get—a biscuit which he thinks is very yummy!
