“10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Food at this specific daves is immaculate . Trust me i am a daves explorer. I tried daves in southfield, troy, dearborn and from all these locations warren is the best every single time they give the fresh fries and food . Love it .

“I recently had Krispy Krunchy Chicken cater, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The wings were out of this world—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Seriously, the best wings I’ve ever had. The fries were just as awesome, perfectly seasoned, and super crunchy.

But what really stood out was the quality and freshness of the chicken. You could tell they use top-notch ingredients. Every bite was a joy. The workers were fantastic,friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They really went above and beyond to make our event special.

If you’re looking for amazing food and great service, I can’t recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken enough. They totally nailed it!“

“Best coleslaw in Metropolitan Detroit. Staff is great. Broasted chicken is mediocre at best and pricey, French fries are horrible. Suggestion: 1) Find out why chicken crunch goes soggy in minutes, the batter is tasteless 2) Get better fries, serve the fries that Del Taco serves.“

“The food here is always phenomenal. The tender is the right amount of tender and juicy. Though, my favorite part of coming to Houston is the service. Every time I come Sean and Trey (I think is how it’s spelt) treat me with nothing but love and kindness. While I waited for my meal, the restaurant also provided a cup of flavorful chicken noodle soup, that puts the typical bland versions of the dish to complete shame.Worth noting that the restaurant has it's own parking lot and the dining room, while small, had several four-top tables for seating.“

“David the manager is great, I made an order, but had to change it last minute, because I was having more people than I expected at my house for dinner. David changed my order with no issues and told me it would be about another 8 minute wait. I said "No problem" because I understand I made the change of order. While waiting I sat and listened to the crew talking and communicating orders and a little personal talk, the communication between employees was nice and not offensive, which I find rare waiting for orders at food places these days. My food was piping hot when I got it and I had a really good experience at this location. The workers are great and work very well as a team to make sure customers get there orders right and with quality.“

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken is delicious! The chicken was deliciously seasoned and served hot. They were busy. However, they were moving at a steady pace to accommodate the customers. They are located inside of the gas station on Rosa Parks Boulevard and Gylnn Court. The staff are courteous and friendly. I will visit this location again.
