“Love the Daily Blend, always fresh, delicious food and drinks. I have never had a bad experience. The food was catered to a bridal suite for a wedding and it was perfect even after traveling to get there. The cafe is super cute and the employees are friendly as well. Highly recommend.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. I thought that was a really cool thing to do and I thank Potbelly. Well done. A thankful customer, Bob G“

“My family and I really like the food from here. I’m addictive to the chicken parmigiana sub. They service is always friendly and the restaurant seems to be clean. The only downside is that it is a little slow because they are making everything fresh but it is worth the wait.“

“I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“

I have a feeling they are not getting paid right when the register ask you if you want to leave a to p then the tip jar I see right next to the register. They make plenty of money and who in do they think is making all their money for them? Their employees. PS it's way to cold in there.“

“I wish Subways were open a little later. I always walk in 30-45 minutes to close and they're mopping the floor and the chairs are stacked and I feel so bad for walking in close to closing. But, they always accommodate me and if my order is highly customized they'll try to charge me for a cheaper option.“

“I’m hoping this review will help the ownership course-correct their staff. Jersey Mike’s is a good overall concept. I know they have mostly Gen Z people working and supervising, but here is a huge issue. There is never a time when I order something from this store in Lake Orion, and the order is correct. They do not read the order slips. I place my order through the app. Today, the sandwich I ordered was supposed to have 3 different meats, they only put two. On my order, I asked in special instructions to go easy on the oil and vinegar. I literally watch them put a normal helping of oil and vinegar, and then put a side of it in the bag. As the super was finishing the sandwich I had to tell her to put mayo on the sandwich per the order I had placed. It’s very frustrating that they cannot read a piece of paper and do what it says. It’s not difficult. I really wish there was a Publix in Lake Orion. The sub is half the price and twice the quality. If you’re gonna charge $20 for a sandwich, the least you can do is hold your staff accountable for delivering a quality experience for the customer. Yes I tipped on the app which made me even feel more ripped off.
Update: Management was nice enough to reach out to me about my review and offer restitution for the bad experience, and most importantly said they would make improvements with the staff by having higher expectations when it comes to following order instructions. I will update my review again after my next experience.“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“
“I stopped at 5 different subways because of a coupon I received in the mail. 4 out of 5 didn't accept it, so I stopped here, and this is one of the cleanest subways I've been to, and I've traveled all over the country. “Always stop here for lunch, subs are always great. The only negative thing I can say is that their sweet tea is made on demand. It normally wouldn't be a problem, except the 1/2 cup of undisolved sugar in the bottom of my cup was unnecessary.“

“Yo hear me out. I've been to this subway many times and I'm never upset with my sandwich. There's a bearded dude who says everything's better with shredded cheddar, and he's right. Plus he makes a fantastic sub.
This evening I stopped in and I was helped out by this cute brunette, she also makes an absolute banger sub. Even moving quickly she was spot on with everything. Thanks again for my excellent BMT.

“Shout out to the workers at subway. Ordered a foot long for my kids to split they cut it in half without me asking, it's the little things. Great customer service. Tipped 10% because they deserved it. Hope they got the full amount pre tax !!!“

That kind of effort to be the best employee you can be is sadly no longer the norm at most places, so when you see it, it's worth pointing out & appreciating.“
