“My daughter loves this place“

“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!“

“foods always great. quick seating. very friendly!!! so kind and helpful. we've had the same woman help us a couple times now, she is the best. she makes my girls feel included and special. she helps with putting food in box's, cheecks in often. the young girl who seated us tonight was a sweet heart. my girls keep calling her new sister lol I'm so grateful for the staff, it's so nice feeling welcomed.“

“Best subs from any Subway I've ever been to. Fresh bread, lots of meat and veggies without being messy. Staff was very professional and courteous. I left my purse at the table and drove back to Kalamazoo ? the staff put it in the office for safe keeping. NOTHING was out of place or missing. Just all around a good place and staff with a great work ethic. What's my local Subway was this good ?“

“Got 2 frostys. Service was quick. Bathrooms were as expected. Ordered inside, but did not stay. Atmosphere was as expected. Would return when in area.

Parking: Plenty of free parking adjacent to restaurant on Sunday afternoon.“

“I love subway flavor. Especially the new spicy pickle chips! Thanks for keeping those around!The workers are always hit or miss. The last few times I've been in for my normal sub with way too many pickles and olives, the request has been met perfectly.As for the atmosphere, it's always fairly drab compared to the old authentic look I remember from childhood. Bring back authentic subway and do away with this modern nonsense.That said, I will be back. More than I should. Because subway is my weakness. I love you subway.

Vegetarian options: As a meat eater with a vegetarian partner, I can't help but think veggie subs should be even cheaper. Without the protein, the subs cannot be nearly the same price. You are taking advantage of those who chose not to eat meat. Seems counterproductive but I get it, capitalism wins.That's my two cents.“

“Every time I go into taco Bell in this store it has clean tables and clean floors, but as you stand there to order the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, employees walking through food on the floor, no one bothers to sweep up. I can see why the prices are so high, they have to make up for the waste of food.“

“Went in to grab a sub with my kids and my 2 year old was throwing a fit because he wanted to pick his own toppings. So I let him and let me tell you what Mariah (I believe that's what her name tag said) was very patient and served us with a smile on her face the entire time. Thank you for providing great customer service“

“We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“
