“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!“

“foods always great. quick seating. very friendly!!! so kind and helpful. we've had the same woman help us a couple times now, she is the best. she makes my girls feel included and special. she helps with putting food in box's, cheecks in often. the young girl who seated us tonight was a sweet heart. my girls keep calling her new sister lol I'm so grateful for the staff, it's so nice feeling welcomed.“

“Best subs from any Subway I've ever been to. Fresh bread, lots of meat and veggies without being messy. Staff was very professional and courteous. I left my purse at the table and drove back to Kalamazoo ? the staff put it in the office for safe keeping. NOTHING was out of place or missing. “I was there sometime between the 1st and 4th im not sure bc it was a blur. The district manager? Had stopped in. Anyway I want to thank her because the app wasnt working correctly 😔 she took my order fast and fixed a shake that got soupy while waiting. It was for a d.ieing person id have done anything to make happy. It turned out to be the last meal they ate. That meant the world to me that you helped and made such a difference. “Anytime we come here it is fast and friendly service. The fries are hot and yummy. They are a good bunch of workers. At first I didn't know what the poopaye sign was about and thought how strange with the cyclospora outbreak LOL but my teenager told me it has to do with the minions...hilarious timing Wendy's for real 😀“

“Every time I go into taco Bell in this store it has clean tables and clean floors, but as you stand there to order the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, employees walking through food on the floor, no one bothers to sweep up. I can see why the prices are so high, they have to make up for the waste of food.“

So I let him and let me tell you what Mariah (I believe that's what her name tag said) was very patient and served us with a smile on her face the entire time. “We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“
