“I have a sister-in-law from Otsego that brought down the wonderful incredibly phenomenal blueberry cinnamon buns and I would highly recommend those best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had and now coming from Paw Paw to head to Otsego just to go there and experience more of their food. I can’t imagine if you pass this one up don’t and any opportunity you have be sure to go there ,You will not regret it.“

“Found this gem on Happy Cow! Cute modern industrial like coffee shop with good selection of create plant based option foods. Several items on the menu can be made plant based and they have plant based sausages & impossible meat. We had the zucchini sandwich and the no worries bagel, side of crunchy flavored fries & rosemary potato’s. It was all hearty & delicious. Plant based milks for coffee drinks! The staff was super friendly. They lose a star for the typical, “remove items to make it plant based then upcharge for plant based replacement” -⭐️ Otherwise, a great place anytime! “Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

“I randomly decided to stop here on my way back to Marshall from Kalamazoo the other day with my son. I always see it but never thought to stop. I’m so glad I did because the daily specials were cheap, the food was great, and the service was kind. Great cup of coffee as well.“

“Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.“

“Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.“
“I was on the hunt for a coffee shop that a) makes great coffee and b) doesn't have music playing! Why does everywhere feel the need to play music? Water Street Coffee - friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The shop itself was small, nicely set up, and best of all - no music. I came, expecting to take my coffee to go, and instead sat and lingered and then had a breakfast sandwich.“

“I've been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.“

“This donut shop was fairly busy during my visit, but the staff was still attentive and friendly. It’s a nice place that feels a tad old fashioned inside, but the prices were great and the donuts excellent. I got a few different types to go, and they all tasted great. The pistachio muffin was probably my favorite, but the apple crumb was also delicious. I can see why the place is so popular. It’s definitely living up to the hype.“
