Everytime I go thru the drive thru something catches my eye, like the cookies, donut holes, today it was a sausage, egg and cheese panini! Delicious!! They never get mad that I add extra when I get up to the window. I'm going back later to get a toasted s'more mocha with whipped cream, crushed graham cracker and chocolate chips on top! “We went to Crow's Nest for the first time on Saturday, June 1, 2024 after finding them on the Happy Cow app. The atmosphere was great. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. They have a section specifically labeled vegan and vegetarian which is great! Sara our server made a great suggestion for a modification for my gluten free wife. She is not a celiac but has sensitivity and always eats gluten free. While the modification was tasty, we would love to see Crow's Nest offer a gluten free bread. Sara did tell us that they are worried about cross-contamination and that they pride themselves on baking their own bread in-house. But please consider a gluten free option for people who aren't as sensitive. We will definitely be back to try more vegan options!“

“Plainwell is my hometown go-to Starbucks and while not all the baristas go above and beyond at this location, one tends to stand out. Barista named Shelby is always friendly, knowledgeable with different drink recommendations and an overall hard worker who tends to work circles around the others who seem to be catching up on daily events and gossiping about other customers. I frequent Starbucks locations coast to coast due to work and I can only hope Starbucks realizes what a gem they have in Shelby.“

My husband had a guy make the drinks one time and my midnight mint mocha frap tasted nothing close to all the other times I've had it made there, he was in a rush and didn't turn out good so please take your time even when its busy.“

Faliesha and Kayleigh (sorry if I butchered spelling your name) both were very accommodating.

I came in with a large order, thankfully after rush, without calling ahead and they both were so helpful. I asked, and when they couldn't meet the exact need, they were still able to give alternatives that worked and I couldn't have been more grateful!

While they took care of getting the food and coffee they made conversation and were very polite!!!
