“We were in the area for our Anniversary and based on previous reviews we had to try the pizza. It is Take-Out only, but they had outdoor seating available along the sidewalk which we enjoyed on the cool, breezy evening. We even enjoyed the crust that was a good balance between soft and crispy. We definitely recommend this place when you're looking for some mighty fine pizza.“

“The smell of fresh baked goods is enough to draw you in. We bought a selection of cake donuts, fritters, long johns etc. and all were fantastic. The pies looked excellent as well. Wish they had such a place in South Carolina.“
“Bentley was such a great bartender! He made great drinks and was having conversations with every patron including us. We always love a great bartender and he was definitely built for it. He never missed a beat and got drinks out to everyone so timely.“

“We just moved to Petoskey and had or first, but won’t be our last, experience here. The place is great! The pizza was delicious. Our waitress was excellent. She was friendly and attentive. We will be back“

“Joe and crew made us feel welcomed. drinks were quickly served as we waited for a table, then decided to stay at the bar. between 630 and 7, there was 20 minute wait for a table. it took probably 20 minutes to get appetizers, but the rings and skins were worth the wait! we didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the food and chat with fellow bar guests. shout out to all for blessing me with hot banana peppers for my corona!!!!!! the cod and fries special was on point!!! worth mentioning, the hot sauce selection!! thanks Southwoods for a great meal!!“

“Sage Restaurant located in the Odawa Casino of Petoskey has a new menu with lobster rolls!!!!!
The seafood corn chowder was very hot and delicious. What a pretty bowl too!

“Our first time here and it was lovely. We sat at the bar, and while the service could have been a little better, it was good. The beer selection is a bit odd, and could be better, but we found some beers we enjoyed. The food was quite good, but again the selection could be a bit better, maybe expand the menu a bit. With a few tweaks this spot could be outstanding!
We will be back, as we enjoyed our first visit here.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this Applebee’s. It was much more than I expected in many ways. The restaurant was clean, not just the bare minimum kind of clean, it was a ‘we actually care about this place’ kind of clean. Our server was on her A game, professional, thoughtful, friendly and she anticipated rather than waiting to be flagged down. The food was delicious as well as affordable. I never really took notice of the atmosphere in other Applebee’s but I did at this one. It was very relaxing and calm. No one was shouting from the kitchen, the servers weren’t yelling about their dishes, no loud bangs and thuds from cleaning either. I didn’t realize how much I actually appreciated that.“

“Outstanding dinner, Wagyu Hanger Steak was amazing. We tried the Wild Mushroom Flatbread which we highly recommend as well as the Wedge Salad. Great atmosphere and Magic Nate and Phil were attentive and exceptional in their delivery. Nice work!“

“Food was ok, server was great!!! And then an employee brought green beans out to table where everyone was dining & started cutting them up. I have worked in food preparation for years and it has always been done in the restaurant kitchen not out where everyone was eating. I felt this was not a sanitary area.“

“The view is worth the price of admission. I was here 4 years ago and enjoyed the beer and pizza, however things have changed. The menu is limited and mostly it's self order and pickup. The beer and drinks are great, the staff are friendly but the food is marginal at best, simply put, Gordon foods bulk supply served to order.
Come for the beer ,the view and the staff, consider food elsewhere“
