“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!“

“foods always great. quick seating. very friendly!!! so kind and helpful. we've had the same woman help us a couple times now, she is the best. she makes my girls feel included and special. she helps with putting food in box's, cheecks in often. the young girl who seated us tonight was a sweet heart. my girls keep calling her new sister lol I'm so grateful for the staff, it's so nice feeling welcomed.“

“Every time I go into taco Bell in this store it has clean tables and clean floors, but as you stand there to order the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, employees walking through food on the floor, no one bothers to sweep up. I can see why the prices are so high, they have to make up for the waste of food.“

“Got 2 frostys. Service was quick. Bathrooms were as expected. Ordered inside, but did not stay. Atmosphere was as expected. Would return when in area.

Parking: Plenty of free parking adjacent to restaurant on Sunday afternoon.“

“I don't normally write Burger King reviews, However, THIS LOCATION Actually deserves A GOOD ONE.
We order from the app to get our digital deals, usually on our way to the M-89 movie theater, then pull up to the window. They are very courteous and Actually Put The Extra Toppings We ORDERED AND PAYED FOR, in The App, On the Food. Which I know sounds like a no-brainer!!! BUT NINE OUT OF OTHER 10 LOCATIONS CANNOT GET THIS RIGHT.

“We came 9 minutes prior to closing. I didn’t know until my husband said something as we were checking out. They whipped up our 4 subs super quick. In fact we have never had such fast service at a subway. Hats off to these two young employees even if it was because they wanted to go home ?“

“Hello, I am a loyal customer, VERY loyal. I would've given you guys a 5, but I had ordered from you guys and I didn't TIP, for the first time ever. (I understand people have to make a living) When I received my sandwich it was completely trashed...nothing was wrapped. It was like you guys put my sandwich in its paper and just rolled it up... so lesson learned I will continue to support my fellow employees. By TIPPING...BUT! I will not tolerate distrust, and bad service, especially when I spend MY hard working money on YOUR services. Let's get it right.“
