“Great food, friendly staff. Always busy. Good food is worth the wait. Cook goes above and beyond to make sure you get your dish the way you want. If they make a mistake, they fix it. Really enjoy their hamburgers!Styrofoam melts when very hot food is on it and it affects the taste of food. Can you please put tinfoil or parchment paper under it? (Example: biscuits and gravy, ff with chili and cheese)Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly dishes.Parking: Parking lot always has available spots.“
“Going through the drive-thru during a regular morning rush is crazy slow, expect a 10 minute addition to your commute and once you are in line you can't really leave. However, their Iced Capps are good and the people are friendly. If there is ever a mess up they usually fix it no problem!“
“I don't post food often but this one deserves a shout out. Great waitress, cook, all the people were wonderful! Now on to the food! had in a very long time! OMG delicious best meal I've I was making Hmm hmm noises with every bite almost had a food- gasm right there I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already #2southbr... S“
“Perfect service and great food! Even the Bloody Mary he had was good. Had a breakfast sandwich on their house baked bread with a bowl of berries. Great choices on the menu. My ice tea was never empty nor was his coffee. Definitely will return despite being a bit far for us. Can't wait for weather to warm to sit on the patio!“
“This local restaurant in Michigan has it's positive and negatives regarding accessibility. The door to the restaurant is narrow, a single door, which could be problematic for someone in a wheelchair for example, it is also a pull door with a small handle, which could also present difficulties for someone. Upon entering, the line to order food also intersects with tables for seating creating a very narrow area, but also a very overstimulating one. The kitchen is not blocked off by a full wall, thus the sounds from the kitchen, staff, and people eating presents a very noisy environment that could be overstimulating for some, and also make it challenging for someone with a hearing impairment to hear. Though this could present an issue for someone, the website offers the menu and screen reading is available, thus this could help someone determine what they want to eat prior to going inside, which could aid the audio issue but also prevent anxiety around ordering in a busy and loud area. There are three big windows at the front, and on a sunny day there is nothing to block it, which could be another barrier to accessibility. The tables in the restaurant are a positive as there are many different kinds, high top, low top, and booths, which allows people to chose what they prefer, and could also allow for more accessibility. The bathrooms at the back of the restaurant have wide doors, are very large, and are singles, which could help if someone needed more space in the bathroom for various reasons.“
“Holy Cow! This is the best breakfast place ever! Every thing I have ever ordered her is amazing and I have never been disappointed once. The restaurant is very small but they are easily able to get people in and out by preparing the food in less than 5 minutes! Waiters and Waitress's are very kind and very helpful. I absolutely love the vibes in here and thank you to the cooks for starting off my day right!“
“i love coffee so I’m pretty picky with where I go for coffee! I had the kuppa joy and latte (both with oat milk) and they were absolutely perfect! Highly recommend this over any Starbucks. Staff was friendly, environment was chill. Can’t wait to come back!“
“Norman was the kindest when I stumbled upon his Cafe while in Troy! Was here for work and saw the awesome reviews so decided to check it out. While there, he was so sweet to offer the rest of my work crew (who was working out in the cold, rain that night) a cannister of coffee for everyone! Thank you so much, Norman! Amazing coffee and service! :)“
“This is my favourite spot for anything cheese and desserts. I met the owner during one of my visits. She talks and walks this lifestyle and is incredibly passionate in her craft which speaks to the amazing quality and creativity of her products and the restaurant itself!!“
“I’ve lived in West Bloomfield for over 8 years and FINALLY had the opportunity to dine here. Husband and I went for breakfast and wanted to try somewhere new. We were greeted by the bustle of the open kitchen, friendly conversations between customers and staff alike, and immediately felt like we belonged here. Service was incredible from start to finish. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back and recommending to everyone!“
“delicious sugar free pumpkin latte, they made the recommendation and I loved it. Very friendly people. Only my 3rd time there bc its out of my way, but was at the Hawk across the street and whipped in there on the way home for a cold treat on a nice sunny fall day.“
“BEST LITTLE PLACE IN TOWN!!! My sister and I stopped in this past Sunday. The owner and all of her staff are completely awesome, very kind, efficient, smiles everywhere, loved the atmosphere and service. The food is definitely tremendously delicious! I will be going back for more! Thank you Drayton Cafe!“
“Was extremely impressed with this Coffee location. I got a cozy chai tea latte and hubby got a hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was amazing! Can’t wait to come back to this location. The food/drinks are a bit expensive. But a nice treat!“
“Wow, I found my next favorite brunch spot! The staff were extremely friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed like they cared. The hashbrowns were made to order and super yummy, great attention to detail, I can’t wait to go back and explore more options on their wonderful menu.“
“Came here for brunch with a group of friends and we had a great time. I ordered the blueberry Ricotta pancakes with lemon curd, potatoes, jalapeno polenta, and Earl Grey tea. The pancakes were so delicious, you didn't even need syrup. The potatoes were cooked well, but could have used more seasoning. The polenta was creamy and flavorful. My tea was enjoyable and tasted like high quality Earl Grey. The only negative is the customer service could have been better. The waiters weren't very attentive or personable. We found ourselves having to flag them down or get up and find a staff person if we wanted something. Could have just been an off day though. Totally coming back. This is an awesome place for brunch.“
“Stopped in today for the first time to try some bagels and they were amazing! My co workers and I all enjoyed them. We had a half dozen of plain, salt, everything, and cheddar everything bagels (my favorite) They were fresh, the selection was great, and the taste was incredible! The customer service was also wonderful. I can’t wait to try more items off of their menu.“
“I haven’t been to this bakery in years, and I noticed that it seems to have adopted a more corporate style compared to its previous, more personal atmosphere. It’s still nice, but I don’t feel the same sense of attachment to this place as I did before. So sad. Also, quite pricey, a smoked salmon sandwich cost $17.“
“Staff are nice, music is nice, owner was chilling out in the cafe when I went. Coffee was also very good, got a black cold brew. Not sure what their budget looks like, but an update on the atmosphere is what this place needs to take it to the next level.“
“My friend and I stopped in for a relaxing coffee moment while another friend shopped next door at Aritzia. The latte and almond croissant were top notch - as was the people watching! The aesthetic of the cafe is relaxed and on trend. I would recommend this cute cafe for a pick me up while shopping at Somerset!“
“I had the pleasure of discovering this charming café today: it was truly delightful! From the moment that I walked in, Madeline's kind hospitality made me feel right at home. Not only did she kindly offer to warm up my croissant, but she also went the extra mile to check that it was heated to the right temperature—perfection! Speaking of perfection, the pistachio croissant was simply divine. Paired with a heavenly chai latte that boasted just the right amount of spice, it was a match made in culinary heaven. Plus, the seamless access to reliable Wi-Fi made it the ideal spot for catching up on work or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation. With ample seating and the perfect ambiance, the café struck the perfect balance of cozy, yet vibrant. Parking was easy and convenient. Needless to say, I'm already planning my next visit to experience this slice of café paradise again.Dietary restrictions: There were alternative milks for all diets.“
“An institution. While other places in the area have withered away to relics, this place has remained true to what it's always been. You'll get your food and remember that this is how it's supposed to look. The people who make it care about it, and want you to savor it, and just enjoy being there. It's a cafe. It's the cafe. In a desert of aging strip malls, this is an oasis.Look through your phone, find an old friend you haven't talked to in a while, and arrange to meet up here. You'll smile, hug, laugh, grab a coffee, talk, then great food, more talking, more coffee, more laughs, and you'll wonder why you don't do this more often. This is a place to feel good.“
“Sonya was so very nice and informative about the company. My first time was great. I am disappointed that the girls cannot accept business cards. I specifically specialize in women's self defense and was the reason for my visit. Yes the whole bikini thing is cool so I figured they might be interested in my services for their own well being. To the owner please consider contacting me. We can do a group rate for how ever many gals wanna participate. One more thing, i went a second time this last Friday and I forgot about my punch card! Lol“
“First time trying this place and went with my parents for my Birthday lunch. We all loved the Shakshuka and the salad was good as well. Service was excellent, we will definitely be back, as we can't wait to try more items. Highly recommended.“
“So we decided to take a different way home after spending the weekend in Detroit and went through West Bloomfield since I-75 has so much construction going on now….and we just happened to see Sunny’s and decided to stop in. WOW are we ever glad we did!! What a fantastic brunch!! The Belgian waffle with fresh fruit and whipped cream was incredible….and the meat lovers omelette was stellar too!! A little pricey, but worth every penny. Friendly staff too! This was our first time here and my wife and I already discussing when we can drive into West Bloomfield again (about 30 miles away) so we can enjoy a breakfast or brunch there again!!“
“Friendly staff and had a wonderful time enjoying the quiet atmosphere and dimmed lights for the evening. The entree portions are excellent in quality and size and you’ll definitely wanna try something off the dessert menu before leaving. The French onion soup is superbWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the entrance door“
“I go here pretty early in the morning. They do a great job. My orders are accurate and the staff is nice. I’ve also gone in the afternoon and had a good experience as well. Definitely a good location. Also I stand firm that Tim’s has the best donuts. You won’t see me getting other competitors’ donuts.“
“Placed an order online and the website was having an issue which I did not realize until I showed up to pick up my lunch. They were super friendly and (apologetic - which was not necessary) and made my food super fast. Loved the customer service in making it right and being so so friendly. Food is really good too, but the service will make me come back again and again!“
“Fantastic experience working with Nadia, the owner of the Somerset Mall Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! With impeccable service, she made our wedding day even better! The apples looked and tasted spectacular as a table favour; I received many compliments on them. I encourage anyone looking for a great gift to visit the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory!“
“The food is very tasteful. I often order the burger as well as the tacos. The service is good and all the waiters and waitresses are very nice. There is a lot of seating and you can sit inside or outside and both are very nice. I've never had a bad experience here.“
“Stopped by for a quick dinner on a Tuesday night. The place wasn't busy, so the staff was able to give me plenty of attention. These are down-to-earth folks; easy to talk to and very friendly. The food was fantastic! I had the sliders and fries, and not only did the food taste good, but it was presented in a subtly unique way. I highly recommend The Alley Cat!“
