Unfortunately the unique lodge feel of this location has been lost and when you go inside more times than not the staff is spread too thin to take an order but, kiosks are a available. Not my personal favorite when going inside but drive through is efficient. Good location overall.“

“Stopped by on my way home and told the dude working the counter, Tae, that I was hangry and he gave me the absolute best Qdoba I've ever had in my life. Like, didn't have the Qdoba app or rewards before, but best bet I downloaded it and will be returning for more absolutely fire Tae-made bowls. 10/10. Absolutely phenomenal. Customer service: exemplary. Food quality: superb. It feels strange to call Qdoba transcendent, but Tae made it happen.“

“The place is super clean and the staff are quick with getting orders going even when getting overwhelmed they are always nice to me. You can order online, or use one of the kiosks or at the register. I really like the Cheesey Bean and Rice and getting it grilled.“

“Yesterday we recently visited Firehouse Subs on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo to celebrate our son’s birthday, his choice and it turned out to be a nice experience. He had been wanting their subs for a while, so he was especially happy we went.

We dined in and the atmosphere was standard, clean, casual, and comfortable. The food was as expected and consistent with what you’d expect from Firehouse Subs.

What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. When we mentioned it was our son’s birthday, they acknowledged it and were very kind, which meant a lot to him. They also brought our food directly to the table, which was a nice touch.

One small moment that stood out was when I asked an employee the name of the movie playing on the television. She kindly offered to change it, even though I just wanted to know the name to watch later. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed great customer care.

Overall, a simple experience, but meaningful to us and we’d definitely return.“

“I door dash all over Kalamazoo, portage, Battle Creek, and Grand Rapids and Ava is the only employee that has common sense and is the only one that actually put the order in another bag over the food paper bag that was plastic when the weather was not suited for paper bags. “I had such an awesome experience walking in for a company birthday lunch order. My cashier was very friendly and helpful in breaking down and even labeling our orders so they were easy to hand out. She also wrote Happy Birthday on our birthday person's portion of the order. Another employee caught up with us when we were leaving to make sure we had enough napkins and utensils.
I don't care what any other chicken places say. Lee's was the first one here and in my opinion, they still have the best chicken and the best service with employees that treat you like local vip guests in their business. I will always keep my loyalty there!

“To be honest, the employees here can slack off and have a good time. Who gives a damn? With food and prices like this, it's one that better places in town to eat.

We both got doubles, she got mozzarella sticks, I got chili cheese fries.Everything was on point. Hot, fresh, and delicious.

“I came to the 2229 sprinkle road location in Kalamazoo MI. I received incredible customer service. The woman at the drive through was incredibly helpful and attentive. She asked Don who was making the food any questions and he was also helpful! Really the reason aside from giving them props is that they mentioned that they were on a timer. I get that this is a corporate thing but if I’m the only person in the drive through I don’t feel that y’all should pressure your employees to get cars through the drive through as fast as possible. I understand trying to improve customer service but seems like y’all are bored and furring off peak hours still reprimanding the late night employees and or holding them to the same standard as peak hour employees which made my experience a little rushed. Again Katie and Don are the reason I gave 5 stars.“

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“This is a GREAT JIMMY JOHN's. My daughters and I were on our way to Chicago for the weekend and I accidentally left my card there. I didn't realize it until we got to our hotel. “My last visit might have been my best visit to Jimmy Johns. I've always had good service but my last visit was especially great. It might have been the friendliest service I've received anywhere this year. Additionally, my sub was packed with ingredients. I could've easily eaten half of the sandwich and been full for hours, but I couldn't stop eating it.“

The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! “We went there yesterday afternoon for a quick bite. We entered and the staff on duty went to their respective positions to serve us. It took a bit of time for me to pick which bread that I wanted because they no longer have photos of the bread by the breads named for choice. And that is a confusing pain! Why get rid of something that actually HELPS the non-regular customer make an educated decision as to what they would like their sandwich to be on? And it would also expedite the service given and thus help to shorten the line (if any). Other than that I would give them a five star rating because they always listen to how I would like my order and they come through with it. It's a great place to go if you like subs. Enjoy! :)“
