“I have been coming to this Blimpie location for almost 15 years. It was my main place to eat on campus when I went to WSU, and I continue to eat here years later even after finishing my schooling. Not only because of the great halal subs, but because of the atmosphere and welcoming personality and hospitality of the owner and his son. I feel like I'm going to visit an old friend every time I come to sit and eat. I wish them the best always, and I hope to see them here for the years to come.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “This place is amazing !! Now my 3rd time coming here and it is delicious every time . The owner and entire staff is wonderful. I can’t just recommend one pickle sandwich here because they’re all delicious and unique. Let’s not get started on those egg Sammie’s too because those are filling and so so good 😊. Cucumber rolls are on point too and they are very good and refreshing. If you don’t like pickles they have something for everyone . 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ all day long every time . The service and food is amazing. Healthy and delicious. There’s not many places I’ll drive 30mins to an hr to but this place is one of them . Worth the drive . “Mike’s Famous Ham Place made the New York Times list of “The 26 Best Dishes We Ate Across the U.S. in 2024”. Definitely deserving of all the attention!! I luv ham, but usually it’s too salty for my taste and for my kidneys. But we had breakfast there today and the ham was absolutely perfect!! Super tasty, not salty, huge portions! - hand-carved from a whole ham right in front of you. Perfect eggs and good coffee, too. It’s a small place, as in like very small – just a row of swivel chairs set against your typical vintage (but clean and well-maintained) diner counter. Friendly folks behind the counter and friendly customers, too! Check it out sometime. And btw they sell ham bones for soup: $5 a bag! PS they only take cash. I'm definitely going back.“

“This spot was highly recommended during my visit to metro Detroit. When I let Malayna know that I was traveling back home today, and wanted to travel with my corn beef she immediately went into “let me help her have an amazing experience.” She recommended that I purchase it by the pound to save money as well as stating you’ll want more if you simply by the sandwich. “Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. So they corrected my sub still thinking it was my fault 🤦‍♂️ So this is just a friendly suggestion to take orders with pen and paper in hand. Please & Thank You !“

“I took my family here so they could enjoy the pool and water park for a day the price was decent and the staff was friendly but unfortunately the equipment was not well maintained several of the structures were broken when we visited and had caution tape around them to stop children from playing hopefully this will be updated soon as it does seem like a wonderful place for the community“

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“Finally made it back to Spy's after more than a decade. Have very fond memories of the Riverside location. Today I ordered my old usual, Chicken Caesar Pita and a Smoothie (with raspberries not banana). Was very pleased the meal was exactly the same - delicious. Hopefully I will be back soon.“

“SUBWAY- who would have thought I'd have good things to say about SUBWAY! SUBWAY has undergone a makeover... their menu has changed. I think less selections with my quantity per serving... without paying for extra meat... in fact they now put meat and cheese on the subs that you can actually see! lol. I ordered a roasted chicken sub with cheese, and ALL the veggies (almost). I am so glad I ordered the 12" because I was able to eat it for 2 days. It's a new day at this SUBWAY.

“A retro sandwich shop that serves amazing sandwiches. I remember going there as a child with my dad, so I revisited the place with my son. The Reuben sandwich was tender juicy flavorful and grilled nicely just as I remembered. My son had the make a meal sandwich with roast beef which is pictured. Don't forget to try the crispy onion rings too. It was nice making new memories with my son as my dad did with me.“

I miss the free cookie this spot use to give out though when you order late around closing (I usually did that because of late work hours), they would put extra cookies. Wish they can still do it.
