My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! Had a little bit of a wait, but that was OK because it seemed to be fresher. everything I ordered was very tasty. The atmosphere was nice. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service and quality of the food we receive every time. I send the owner a fairly complicated spreadsheet, and he bags the sandwiches by school for me to make distribution much easier for me. Each order is marked and 100% accurate. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I place similar orders at different universities several times a year, and this is the ONLY place that is consistent and accurate. I also noticed they have the fresh meat slicers right behind the counter now, and you can really taste the difference in quality. The staff working the line deserves a shoutout, too. They were handling a steady flow of customers like absolute pros—working fast to keep the line moving, but they didn’t rush me while I was ordering. “The crew that worked at this Henry Ford location on: April 14, 2026 around 2 pm was GREAT! I was having a low blood sugar reaction and they helped me immediately when I told them. I requested an oatmeal raisin cookie and cup for a drink until I could order my sandwich. Tanijha gave me the cookie and cup immediately. When it was my turn to order my sandwich Mimi and Malcolm worked very well together to get my sandwich to me expeditiously due to my low blood sugar. All this happened during a very busy time for them; however, they worked together to get me and my blood sugar together! 😊 I want each of them to know that I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. I tried to call to speak with their manager Angela the next day, to compliment them, but the phone just rang, then cut off. God BLESS and kudos to each of them for a JOB WELL DONE!

“I don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through. “We came here a few minutes prior to closing time.
The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.
