“It's finally time for me to share my exceptional experiences with this location. I typically visit Texas Roadhouse Roseville once every 2-3 weeks, and I exclusively sit at the bar, whether I'm by myself, with my wife, or with friends. The reason is simple: the bar service is outstanding, and their hospitality is simply unmatched. I'd particularly like to recognize two amazing bartenders, Jackie and Nellie. While all the bar staff I've encountered have been excellent, these two are incredible to watch together. Their teamwork and connection while managing both a packed bar and an intense service station is remarkable. They handle everything while maintaining genuine smiles, offering warm greetings, and delivering fantastic service. The bar atmosphere feels just like your favorite local watering hole, where they don't just remember your name, but know exactly what you like to drink. Often, my favorite cocktail is being prepared before I've even taken my seat - that's what I call exceptional service! I witness this same attention to detail with other customers too, as they too are greeted by name. Considering I'm only there every 2-3 weeks, their ability to remember customers' names and drinks sets this restaurant well above any other chain I've visited. This personal touch is typically only found in beloved neighborhood bars. In the 10 months I've been coming here, I've never had a disappointing meal. I've explored various menu options beyond their excellent steaks, and everything arrives with perfect timing, allowing enough time to enjoy appetizers or salad/chili before the main course. If you need anything extra (condiments, cheese, etc.), the attentive bartending staff responds quickly, even heading to the kitchen themselves if necessary. This recognition of the outstanding bar staff is long overdue. After experiencing their wonderful service again this past weekend, I felt compelled to take some time to write. Thank you for consistently providing a dining experience that keeps me coming back!“

My only issue is that I do not eat dinner before 430, so I lost my go to dinner spot. 430 is so early to close for a restaurant with such a great dinner menu with all the delicious soups! I personally would hate to see another great Roseville staple end up an empty building or a carwash.“

“I’ve been coming to this location since I was 9. Now at 60 years old My favorite is still their original square pizza & Italian subs. I’ve tried almost every pizza chain & to me this place is hands down. You want good pizza & subs then come here. They have all your party favorites. I’ve met the owners & they are very nice. Customer friendly too. Come support them you’ll be glad you did. I drive from 10 & Hayes so I can have the best. I lived in Roseville 21 years..You guys please don’t change what you do. Keep the recipes the same.“

Service was quick and straightforward, which was nice during a busy afternoon. They’ve got a good selection of grab-and-go options too. “There was a 45 minute wait when we got there, but it was worth it. Beatrice was a wonderful server. She greeted us immediately despite being slammed & took our drink order. She was patient though we weren’t ready to order right away. She returned with our drinks and took our order. Our food was on the table within 15 minutes of ordering which was also impressive considering the full tables and line at the door, in addition to take out orders being picked up constantly.

Beatrice was not only attentive but an absolute asset to your establishment. She checked back several times, kept our drinks refilled, and pre-bussed as we finished our food. The atmosphere was amazing. The music wasn’t too loud and they played a wonderful blend of R&B and Motown hits. We decided this is our new spot over Texas Roadhouse due to the atmosphere and hardworking staff. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening.“
