“I order fairly regularly the tacos and chips and dips. All have been quite flavorful and delicious. I've been less impressed by the bowls and burritos as in general all can be overpowered by sauces. Great rewards program gives discounts and points often. The interior is fun but this store is a bit dark on the interior making it hard to read menus. Service is friendly and standard for service these days. Easy online ordering and pickup. Overall great if your looking for more American-styled Mexican food with punchy flavors.“

“ordered from door dash a couple of times and this will be my last. every time, there is something wrong with the order. today, half of the order was missing and packing was so careless that the driver showed up with a container full of food spilled in the bag. As for the food, it has never been great, just okay.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“We started with happy hour. Where all cocktails were $7 and appetizers were half off. The drinks were fantastic, and the steak tips and chicken peppers were tender and flavorful. We split the steak mac & cheese, which was unbelievable. We will definitely eat here again.“

Danny, our server, was newly back to work at Pronto and I've never seen a server work so hard to accommodate people and ensure we were well cared for. the entire staff and clientele were so kind and encouraging. I spent most of the meal examining the lighting fixtures (there are so many!!!), and our family searched for disco balls (also SO MANY!). The food was amazing and the service was fast. we took our 14 year old there for dinner because they needed to see that there are safe, public spaces for them - and the awe and amazement in their eyes the whole time told me that we found our new "regular" spot. the music was fun, the service was spectacular, and the entire vibe was just lovely. and as a lighting nerd, they play with light beautifully, even during a routine dinner service. to the staff at Pronto - particularly Danny - thank you. as a mom trying to figure out how to best parent a child who isn't like me, you gave me immeasurable gifts last night. you gave my child hope for a future as an adult. we love the local youth programming available but it lacks a connection to adults who are thriving and living full, beautiful lives. seeing that in action was everything our kid needed and so much more. thank you.“

“I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!“

“We live dining here because the customer service is always excellent, even when we stop by late in the day. The manager is always helpful and you can tell she runs a tight ship, she works the register and the line and I always see her be so kind. We can usually find a seat and the place is clean and busy.“
