First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.“
