“This is my second time at this location! I was greeted by Jayla who was very pleasant. When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

“I just left there. I requested my sandwich to be yumtastic and they did not fail me. I had placed an online order but ended up getting tied up at work. I was worried and sad that my sandwich and chilli would be cold. But my sandwich was still nice and warm even though I was late and my chilli freshly scooped. lovely lovely lovely <3“

“The service we received at noon on a weekday was excellent. From the initial order to the checkout, each staff member was pleasant and attentive. The sandwiches were above average for a Potbelly, and the order was executed perfectly. This particular location has one of the better dining areas, light and bright, with windows on two sides. Previous visits to this Potbelly were not nearly as good, but any deficiencies appear to have been addressed.“
