“We all take for granted when we go about our busy lives on a Saturday afternoon, wanting to make a quick Taco Bell run while somebody is working An 8 hour or maybe even a double shift.
working on your food, that they could just mail it in and put something in that bag, just to get you through, but they don't here at orchard lake. You can tell they put in the care and the time to make the food great for you. To finish going about your busy life and enjoying your Saturday afternoon. Anna was incredibly pleasurable to talk to at the front window. She was personable and sweet, and she didn't have to be that way. It's a fast food restaurant and a Saturday. But she did and I wanna thank her for making my day just a little bit easier and fun.
This taco bell is my favorite, of all of michigan, and that says, a lot because I love taco bell and I go everywhere. Thank you Orchard Lake taco bell for being exceptional.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! “Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??“

When I picked up my order the young lady, Jam, offered me a paper tray which was nice to eat my food on while dining in, and the restaurant was very clean which gets ten stars for me. I would of liked a hook in the restroom to hang up my purse while I used the restroom. Otherwise a beautiful experience. I will be back to this location in Southfield on Northwestern Highway.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. “It's Costco so there's always a shopping atmosphere. Food is tasty but the ordering system is geared toward kiosk purchases, as it usually takes a few minutes to get an employee to the register for cash purchases. Also, there was an issue with the the food bags which some food items were contained in. It appears it's been addressed by offering foil wrapping in place to the parchment type paper“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

The line was long, and I thought that the poor workers were going to blow a gasket, but when we finally got to order, we had the nicest worker ever! She was so sweet and patient.
