“We all take for granted when we go about our busy lives on a Saturday afternoon, wanting to make a quick Taco Bell run while somebody is working An 8 hour or maybe even a double shift.
working on your food, that they could just mail it in and put something in that bag, just to get you through, but they don't here at orchard lake. You can tell they put in the care and the time to make the food great for you. To finish going about your busy life and enjoying your Saturday afternoon. Anna was incredibly pleasurable to talk to at the front window. She was personable and sweet, and she didn't have to be that way. It's a fast food restaurant and a Saturday. But she did and I wanna thank her for making my day just a little bit easier and fun.
This taco bell is my favorite, of all of michigan, and that says, a lot because I love taco bell and I go everywhere. Thank you Orchard Lake taco bell for being exceptional.“

“Is a hit and miss with the employees some places have nice people at the counter and some places they don't wanna be there like this morning experience, it was an order lady and she was rude and it looked like she didn't wanted to be there...“

“I highly recommend this Savvy Sliders location. I worked with Shelby to order a large amount of sliders and tenders for my son’s graduation party. Shelby was attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and was able to answer all my questions. Not only did the whole party RAVE about the delicious food, the price was extremely reasonable. I had priced out other places but for the quality of food, this was absolutely the way to go. I will be ordering again and again.“

We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!“

Let me say The name should be Top notch burgers!
The burgers was made with fresh ground beef
So juicy and flavorful
I ordered the western burger without a bun
It had a double cheeseburger, American cheese topped with corn beef, onion, ring bbq sauce it was (on fire)so delicious
My husband ordered the breakfast burger
Double cheeseburger he substituted the yellow American cheese for pepper. Jack come with a hash, brown bacon, fried egg and top up sauce
I believe he added a couple of things,
Also got Cajun fries
Kids, chicken, tender, and fries, which was amazing
The owner was in store Great personality
We will definitely be back

“The people doing the drive thru orders were as friendly and social as possible. Even struck a little conversation with that at 11:30 at night coming home from a concert! Also, I asked a place to get gas with it being 11:30 at night. And the guy pointed me to the right direction. I hope corporate knows to give the staff a raise! Excellent customer service. You NEVER get that nowadays! I will definitely make a half hour drive just to go to this wendys. The staff here are great!!!“

“Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??“

“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

But, I was invited in with warmth and incredible customer service as the two gentleman were eager to serve me one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. The steamed meat; with flavor to spare to the crunchy bread on the outside to warm pillow heaven inside. And the mayonnaise they use is fantastic! Miss Carlee(?) the manager there, always remembers our goto preferences, for one we love Extra Sauce, and like always, Miss Carlee remembers. Too many pizza places think sauce is barely an afterthought. Also, Miss Carlee helps me out with best specials that the store is offering. As I am an older gentleman, often the technology is made to be confusing and difficult. Miss Carlee, goes the extra step! If i can get Miss Carlee to take our order over the phone, i'm always guaranteed excellent prime service! ... I am Really not a fan of the Corporate Pizza Hut Call Center, anytime i call to place an order, I must ask to talk to the Pizza Hut i'm trying to call.
