I had came in July 9th 2025, having worked a 16 hour shift and not finding my food situation till close to closing time which I feel absolutely terrible about as someone whose worked in the service industry myself) after my refrigerator had conked out on me and My cabinets were extremely bone dry. GM Tori was extremely helpful and got me whatever she had available given the circumstances.

Brownie Bites and a Salad with Italian Dressing and some Cherry Coca Cola to wash it down has never tasted so better.

I wanted to thank Tori personally for taking a huge leap and opening the door for me. I know it can be a personal safety risk and all that and I know it’s not a everyday occurrence at all.“

“My family always enjoys the buffet. My kids highly recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. However, this weekend we entertained 20 4th graders at Pizza Primo for my twins 10th birthday. They were so accommodating! They opened hours early for us and let all the kids make their own pizzas and the price was a steal! This place is the epitome of a family owned busy. “Amazing pizzas made in their wood fired brick oven pizzas made fresh to order. We ordered five pizzas and they were brought to our table within 10-15 minutes.

Pizzas are thin crust, which we enjoy and large for one to individually enjoy. Toppings are plentiful and brought to you straight from the oven to your table.

Cozy atmosphere, Christmas lights, and multiple little country flags on the walls; while waiting for our food we trivia'ed ourselves on how many we knew.

It's a great local place for a dine in for a pizza, and we continue to come back.“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“WOW, WOW, WOW!! Jet's is a surprisingly hidden gem nestled into the small shopping center near Kroger. We are new to the area and stopped by for a pizza.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who let us know their ranch is top tier. As a ranch snob myself, I can confirm this is correct!! 90% of the time someone says a place has good ranch I disagree, so I was worried about the hype at first, but this is an incredible house made ranch that pairs so well with the pizza.

They offer a 8 corner Detroit style pizza which makes every piece a corner piece. You can even add flavor to the crust! We did garlic and it was delightful.

Truly one of the best pizzas we have had in a very long time. I cannot wait to return and share a slice with friends and family!! Thank you Jet's team <3“

“I stopped by over the weekend and the place was quite busy, but they managed to seat us pretty quickly. The pizza was delicious, thin, crispy crust with generous, fresh topping. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and a side salad, both were really tasty . Staff were friendly, though service was a bit slow when the place got crowded. The space is cozy and nicely decorated. Marco's pizza, the Monroe Street location in particular, for me has been a place I have both dragged my feet dreading to go in as well as felt the palpable excitement that a child feels the eve before Christmas (in anticipation of what the next day of work will entail).

If by now it isn't clear, I work for Marco's and have for many years now. Not quite as many years as Marco's proper has been a thing. 1978 is a long time. . .

Anyhow, this review will not touch on the food or Marco's. If you don't know by now I don't think I can help you. It will however admonish the people in the inside, on the other side of the counter.

Some of the silliest years of my life were spent there, alongside some silli-er still.

The crust needed to cook longer , more sauce was needed and since the crust was too soft it couldn’t hold the toppings . “Ordered cheese bread and a small 9” pizza and wow! The cheese bread appetizer is basically a 12” cheese pizza with a side of pizza dipping sauce ! Plenty enough to eat on its own!

It’s hard to rate a pizza against Fredi the pizza man in Melvindale MI which is phenomenal if you like a New York style pizza which I do.

But, I think it’s a really really bad idea for the Village Inn to serve a pizza that they baked in a plastic dish . Even if it was BPA free which I don’t know if the pizza dishes are, or, aren’t BPA free . The idea of safe plastic for cooking anything is concerning.
Their pizzas would be much crispier if baked in a pizza oven rather than a plastic pizza dish.

Great looking place in the inside and outside as well.

“You can’t beat a small pizza with 2 toppings for 10 bucks. On top of that, it’s (in my opinion) one of the best, if not THE best, pizzas in Toledo. Especially if you like the sauce that’s a little more on the sweet side and you get the spicy sausage to offset it. Cheese to the edge with a perfect crunch and not too much dough so you get a chance to enjoy it without feeling like you swallowed a brick the rest of the day. I’ll continue to go here for as long as I’m in the area“
