Their food is pretty small portions but it's fairly priced and I like getting a bunch of different things all at once so it's perfect for me. I've never gotten anything from there that doesn't taste good. And the food always comes out really quick too.“

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“

“Depending on the rallys you go to, my opinion will change. This location is quick, clean, and good food. The part that I don't like is the new AI voice ordering system. It needs to be able to answer simple questions and also confirm the order. I had to correct the order when I got to the window.“

“The food was good. I am from the south and papa johns is very popular down there. Its been years since I've had Papa Johns. Drove 30mins to get some finally, and the pizza was just how I remember it! I am only giving 4 stars because the customer service was interesting. It was awkward, and felt like tentison was in the air. A coworker just sitting on her phone, another coworker having a small dispute with who I assumed was the manager on duty. Food was good, customer service was meh.“

“I'm just going to start off by saying Ezra has IMPECCABLE customer service skills. There was a customer (male) 2 people ahead of me who seemed very particular about how his order was prepared. As Ezra was assisting the customer in front of me (female), I assume he went to grab a condiment that was near the male customer's food. When the male customer noticed this (as he was leaning on the barrier glass), he outstretched his hand and tried to assault Ezra (smack him across the head). Ezra, kept his composure, apologized to the customer (which he shouldn't have had to after the customers actions, the customer should have just been asked to leave at that point), and proceeded to finish with the order he was working on. When Ezra had arrived to help me, he was doing everything in his power to keep his composure, and trying to put on a smile for me. He eventually did step in the back, which I thought was absolutely necessary given the experience he had just had, and my order was finished by another kind gentleman. I spoke with a very nice woman who had cashed me out who explained that Ezra was still new.The way he kept his composure, and still tried to go above and beyond for his next customers is something that should be recognized and rewarded.“

“Rolled through about 20 minutes before closing. The employees were super friendly and super fun, especially the worker with dreads at the window who gave us our food. He seems like he'd make a good team leader with such a fun and positive attitude. Usually I would expect anybody to be annoyed we were ordering so close to closing, but they seemed happy to take our order. Food was fresh, perfectly cooked, perfectly assembled and everything was correct. I would highly recommend coming to this Arby's for great food and a great experience! I only wish the dining room had been open. The old school Arby's sign is a fun plus too!“

“The food is always hot, fresh, and good when I go. They always remember napkins, condiments, and silverware. The location is okay. The building and outside property could use some maintenance or updates like fresh paint and new ordering box. Service is average-and I’m content with that as long as I don’t feel unwelcome. It’s worth the price and the new cheesecake is amazing. I always get the chocolate cheesecake when I go.“

“After having a terrible experience at my local Pizza Hut in Caro, MI we decided that we would give this one a try. Probably the best Pizza Hut we have ever had. The pizza was excellent and perfectly done, and the wings were fantastic. Although we will not return to our local restaurant, we will definitely be coming back here when we are in the area.“

“Drove 2 hours up to try, didn't disappoint at all. Absolutely slammed there. Drive in style outside, inside is set up like old fashioned burger joint. Staff were very friendly and fast despite being super busy. Food was hot, fries were crispy. It is cash only but we understand why, we own a business and card fees are absolutely ridiculous right now. Bring cash with you. We loved it there and will be returning again and again.“
