“I wanted to use 4 $5 bonus I got from buying $100 worth gift cards from subway site. When I went to the one in Walmart location, they said it was a “coupon” and can only be used one per person. That person was also very disrespectful and rude. So I left and went to this store, and a beautiful employee named Jessica was very helpful and was able to use all 4 of those bonus gift cards. Thank you so much! This store will be the only store I will be using from now on.“

“Farmington Deli provided lunch at our hotel on my daughter’s wedding day. Owner was so pleasant to work with, delivery was on time and food was fantastic. We ordered fruit tray, veggie tray, subs, wraps and Italian pasta salad. The spread was presented beautifully.“

“Many moons ago, my wife worked at a Quiznos. On top of that, we both ate at Quiznos a couple of times per week because we were addicted.

Unfortunately, all of the stores in our area (Grand Rapids) closed down.

We were lucky enough to find this location on the way to Detroit, and stopped in on the way to and the way home from Detroit.

The owners are super friendly, the food was as good as I can remember, and we will definitely be back any time we head to the east side of MI.

“This place is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, it isn't ever extremely busy, the food is fresh, fast, and the place is always clean. The original size is a solid portion, and priced fairly. Considering the fast food across the street costs just as much these days, Potbelly is a no-brainer. I also hear the shakes are good!“

“Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

“I love the food they have gluten free giant subs which are always my favorite. And they make sure to ask if it's because of allergy or if it's just a preference. But the people that work there always have a attitude and have zero customer service. They just seem so upset to be there. And it makes it feel awkward standing behind the counter while a angry person is making your sandwich lol 😆 and the music is insanely loud. But the foods good so what ever ill keep coming back. However, the stores have gone to a single, smaller wrapping. At first I thought nothing if it but, after getting a hit sandwich today, I took it home & pulled it out of the bag to find, a super soggy sandwich, Gross! I could not eat most of it. The inside of the bag was soaked with humidity. I didn't even ask for a bag! Maybe you should cut costs and plastic usage by asking if customers want a bag. How about a paper sack? I would not recommend churro at all.
Veey hard to eat after getting warmed up, taste.of dough gives weird after-taste.
