“I was working on a job and was utilizing their lot unknowingly. The daughter came out and asked if I was okay. After everything was cleared up, I asked if they make personal pizzas, which they do. I went inside to pay for it, and “pops” as I see people refer him as, paid for my food. That was a very kind gesture of kindness. The next time I have a job in the area, I’ll be back! “First time customers (7/12/2025). We needed to find a new BBQ place to satisfy our taste buds since SHEETZ is taking over 12 & Mound. WE FOUND IT. Ordered the Judges' sampler to try their variety. Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Baked Beans and Hush Puppies are ALL EXCELLENT. The Coleslaw could have been a bit creamer, but we didn't come here for veggies or salad. Loved their sauces as well. We will definitely be back and bringing friends.“

“Dude's BBQ is sick. He hooks it up with extra sides too. However, it's first come, first serve. So you might be standing in line for 30 minutes with 15 other people, get up there to order and whatever you wanted is sold out. If there's huge line, i don't even bother anymore. It's only open like one day a week now, maybe two if you're lucky lol.“

Ordered the crispy pork and roasted duck. I would imagine that eating while everything’s hot would be so much better, but the pork was a little dry with skins that weren’t crispy; however, the duck even when cold was delicious. Usually the ducks I’ve had in Chinese BBQ can be very salty, but this one was a good balance of sweet savory combination. It was tender and fatty, and the skin has a good flavor to it too. Definitely would recommend the roasted duck.“

I too, have a lot of restaurant work in my background and so I paid extra attention tonight. I'm happy to report that my take out experience this evening has been stellar! My call in was handled well and without issue and was ready when I went to pick it up. I only live 5 min away (if that) and the food was really warm, well packaged and delicious. Portions are generous as far as I'm concerned-these Corktown Fries are enough for two and the they don't skimp on the portions of crisp either. I am really glad I've finally been able to get to this place and I'm sure they're on my 'go-to' list from now on.“

Walking in you notice how delicious everything smells, how clean everything is and how friendly everyone who works here is. The food is top notch. The breadding on the catfish fritters made my mouth water, the greens made me want to write home, the mac and cheese was perfectly cooked and the meatloaf was so tender and tasty. Then the dessert! Peach cobbler that made me make obscene noises, the creamy vanilla scoop and the amazing red pop sorbet were bursting with flavorful perfection. I highly recommend going here and trying everything.“

I typically visit Texas Roadhouse Roseville once every 2-3 weeks, and I exclusively sit at the bar, whether I'm by myself, with my wife, or with friends. The reason is simple: the bar service is outstanding, and their hospitality is simply unmatched. I'd particularly like to recognize two amazing bartenders, Jackie and Nellie. While all the bar staff I've encountered have been excellent, these two are incredible to watch together. Their teamwork and connection while managing both a packed bar and an intense service station is remarkable. They handle everything while maintaining genuine smiles, offering warm greetings, and delivering fantastic service. The bar atmosphere feels just like your favorite local watering hole, where they don't just remember your name, but know exactly what you like to drink. Often, my favorite cocktail is being prepared before I've even taken my seat - that's what I call exceptional service! I witness this same attention to detail with other customers too, as they too are greeted by name. Considering I'm only there every 2-3 weeks, their ability to remember customers' names and drinks sets this restaurant well above any other chain I've visited. This personal touch is typically only found in beloved neighborhood bars. In the 10 months I've been coming here, I've never had a disappointing meal. I've explored various menu options beyond their excellent steaks, and everything arrives with perfect timing, allowing enough time to enjoy appetizers or salad/chili before the main course. If you need anything extra (condiments, cheese, etc.), the attentive bartending staff responds quickly, even heading to the kitchen themselves if necessary. This recognition of the outstanding bar staff is long overdue. After experiencing their wonderful service again this past weekend, I felt compelled to take some time to write. “Is a carry out. Ordered a number of pizzas for youth. Manager worked with me to place my order a few days in advance, most helpful, he even purchased me a juice from next door while I was there. Was worried about the Saturday noon delivery.. no worries it was right on time actually 3 minutes early. This Pizzas has a better taste and crust then the typical franchises. Even the plain cheese pizza was tasty and enjoyable.
