“Many moons ago, my wife worked at a Quiznos. On top of that, we both ate at Quiznos a couple of times per week because we were addicted.

Unfortunately, all of the stores in our area (Grand Rapids) closed down.

We were lucky enough to find this location on the way to Detroit, and stopped in on the way to and the way home from Detroit.

The owners are super friendly, the food was as good as I can remember, and we will definitely be back any time we head to the east side of MI.

“This location was not doing as well as they used to gor a bit. Maybe covid highly effected the business but, it seems to be looking up. My sandwich was great and so was the service. However, the stores have gone to a single, smaller wrapping. At first I thought nothing if it but, after getting a hit sandwich today, I took it home & pulled it out of the bag to find, a super soggy sandwich, Gross! I could not eat most of it. The inside of the bag was soaked with humidity. I didn't even ask for a bag! Maybe you should cut costs and plastic usage by asking if customers want a bag. How about a paper sack? Ever thought of that? I'm just a concerned, regular customer“

Some locations have fresh and good ingredients and some dont, honestly.

I would not recommend churro at all.
Veey hard to eat after getting warmed up, taste.of dough gives weird after-taste.

“I get subs here all of the time for my family. Always go in and order. The workers are nice, fast and efficient. The food quality is excellent, 20 visits at least over 2 years and zero issues. Best subway around. Store is very clean also.“

“If you do come to this location, come sometime between 11-3 on Saturdays. There is an employee that works this shift that goes by the name of “Snehith”. He is by far the most positive, uplifting and enthusiastic person I have ever met in my entire life. My daughter once walked into the store in a very crabby mood, had a 5 minute conversation with him, and walked out smiling. “Absolutely AMAZING. I was way too late to the jimmy john train. I get my usual #5 “the Vito” on wheat (add mayo, hot peppers and cucumbers) Of course chips & kickin ranch too. ATLEAST once a week. Truly the highlight of my week. All the workers are wonderful and extremely kind / helpful. Only downside is that the rewards program lowkey sucks but I digress on that. “This location has improved drastically over the last few years. Sometimes you just want a Tubbys sub for nostalgia reasons, and at one time I used to get kind of nervous about this. Now I feel like this is a pretty reliable location. Even if the manager isn't there, the employees are pretty well trained and do well.“
