“Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.“

“Very quick due to how not many people eat here because of it being a hospital, very professional the man working today was very friendly and communicative which I liked, he was upbeat as if nothing bothered him. The sub was amazing, but it could have used a little more meat on one side of it.“

“I have been coming to this Blimpie location for almost 15 years. It was my main place to eat on campus when I went to WSU, and I continue to eat here years later even after finishing my schooling. Not only because of the great halal subs, but because of the atmosphere and welcoming personality and hospitality of the owner and his son. I feel like I'm going to visit an old friend every time I come to sit and eat. I wish them the best always, and I hope to see them here for the years to come.“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “Friendly and fresh all in one bite! Cookies don't last more than 24 hours so they are always soft!

Vegetarian options: They offer veggie patties, a soup with no meat and unlimited fresh vegetables on every sub

Dietary restrictions: Staff is willing to change gloves, tools or anything else to prevent cross contamination from meat to veggies, fish to anything, ECT.

Parking: It's in a grocery store complex so there's parking everywhere

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly meals and staff are very tolerant.“

“Mike’s Famous Ham Place made the New York Times list of “The 26 Best Dishes We Ate Across the U.S. in 2024”. Definitely deserving of all the attention!! I luv ham, but usually it’s too salty for my taste and for my kidneys. But we had breakfast there today and the ham was absolutely perfect!! Super tasty, not salty, huge portions! - hand-carved from a whole ham right in front of you. Perfect eggs and good coffee, too. It’s a small place, as in like very small – just a row of swivel chairs set against your typical vintage (but clean and well-maintained) diner counter. Friendly folks behind the counter and friendly customers, too! Check it out sometime. And btw they sell ham bones for soup: $5 a bag! PS they only take cash. I'm definitely going back.“

When I let Malayna know that I was traveling back home today, and wanted to travel with my corn beef she immediately went into “let me help her have an amazing experience.” She recommended that I purchase it by the pound to save money as well as stating you’ll want more if you simply by the sandwich. “Customer Suggestion : When taking orders please do it with the pen & paper for fewer mistakes. Today @ 4:53pm the employee while slicing meat on another order asked me my order then when he got done slicing the meat he put my order on the paper by his memory. When I received my first sub it was incorrect and acted like I didn’t tell him correctly. “Fast food restaurants are not known for having all-star customer service, but I experienced the sweetest, most warm hearted woman in recent memory who prepared our dinner on October 11th, 2024 around 5:00 PM, and I just wanted to compliment and recognize her for how pleasant and caring she was. “The food is always good. But, on our last meal, I asked twice about the fact that no one took our base or gave us a number, so how we were we getting our food. I was assured we would. After waiting and watching others, who arrived after us, get their food, ours was finally found in a take out bag.

“Upkeep of the facility was lacking some was my initial impression. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations for new customers. They do store their bread in clear trashbags, which was not the best presentation. The subs are surprisingly large so don't let the price be a shock. I believe the prices to be fair for the amount of food you recieve. It did seem to have a steady flow of customers ordering while I dinned in. The food was good but, it isn't my typical "go to" sub styles or toppings I prefer.“

“Finally made it back to Spy's after more than a decade. Have very fond memories of the Riverside location. Today I ordered my old usual, Chicken Caesar Pita and a Smoothie (with raspberries not banana). Was very pleased the meal was exactly the same - delicious. Hopefully I will be back soon.“

Thought I ordered one thing and got another. I thought he just didn't know the menu or made a mistake when he didn't know what I was talking about. He very patient with my ridiculousness and assured me the food I received was worth the money. He was right. Young man, thank you for not making me feel like an absolute idiot. “The sub I got was veggie patty. Decent. The artist mixed up the bread and toppings but I understand with BOGO rush that can happen.

I miss the free cookie this spot use to give out though when you order late around closing (I usually did that because of late work hours), they would put extra cookies. Wish they can still do it.
