“During our 6 month stay in the Saline, MI area, Sushi Dabu was easily the best and our favorite restaurant to eat at. The couple that own/ operate the restaurant are so amazing, wonderful, professional, and extremely friendly. They made us feel as though we all had been friends for years. I lived in Okinawa and visited Korea a lot over the years and can very honestly and confidently say their food is easily comparable to the amazing local foods I ate while in those beautiful countries. Thank you so much for being such welcoming hosts and please know, if/ when we can back to Michigan, we Will be coming by to say hi and enjoy your amazing cuisine.“

“We came in for dinner with our daughter who wanted sushi. We got just about everything on the menu that caught your eye. Everything we got was delightful. Highly recommend for the food and the service. The bento box is more than enough for a single person but we enjoyed the dumplings and sushi rolls as well.“

“What a delicious meal we had at Yotsuba. The sashimi was so fresh and delicious. And unlike many other places, the cuts were a nice size. The presentation was beautiful. There is something on the menu for everyone from stirfry to noodles. Everyone there was so nice and pleasant. Welcoming and friendly. “Been coming to this place for years ,
But yesterday they went above and beyond

I showed up at 750 not knowing they closed at 8

When I noticed I felt horrible and told them I’d just take the food to go so I wasn’t holding them up

They refused to let us leave and just let us enjoy our meal even though it was after close slightly

Can’t thank them enough for the good customer service even when they are trying to close and I was “that person”“

I ordered a fried pork （Tonkatsu), the portion was HUGE, and it was accompanied by rice and miso soup. Even can’t finish by myself! It’s flavor is authentic, very authentic Japanese food. Way better than other japanese restaurants.
The decoration is also warm and japanese-style, with wood tables and floors, there are some anime characters on the wall“

“Four of us came to this restaurant right after graduation. We were offered limited graduation menu. We ordered pretty much all meals on the menu. Drinks were good, food was OK and service was good. It was expensive and I felt like you paid for ambiance. Had heard a lot about this place but at the end it was disappointing overall“
