“I love this subway! But I wanted to specifically come write a review for the manager Stephanie. I had set up a small catering order to pick up and needed it cancelled. My husband was not impressed with having subway sandwiches for Christmas (we are having 2 Christmases so was just trying to make one easier). I called yesterday and spoke to some nice guy who told me to call back and speak to the manager. I called her and she was very kind… told me she would call the company who sets up the catering order for subway and get it cancelled for me. She called me to let me know that and that service also emailed me to let me know. Thanks for taking the time and steps to complete that for me!! I very much appreciated it.“

“Today, this location was either very busy or under staffed. Took about 30 minutes for the drive thru.
That being said, the young lady working the window was kind and apologetic and cool under fire. Food was still exactly as ordered.“

“Needed to do a catering order for a work lunch on short notice. Called Jimmy John's, and the employee was incredibly accommodating and assured me they could get it done in an hour. Food was delivered on time, and the delivery driver was also very polite and friendly. Awesome customer service!“
