“Yesterday my family celebrated my retirement with a family lunch at my favorite restaurant - Red Robin in Apple Valley. Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! “We enjoyed the calm/darker lighting that the restaurant provides. There were 4 of us who hadn't seen each other in years. Our server was very patient and respectful of our visiting time (and lack a prompt food decisions). She spent the perfect amount of time checking on us, while allowing us to visit and not making us feel rushed. Our food was delicious as well. We definitely chose the right place to meet.“

“Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. Thank you Luce for honoring the booth request and being consistent with excellent food and service - it made a world of difference for our whole family! ("Tubular" as our visiting teen said)“

“I had a take-out chicken salad sandwich on 7/2 . Sandwich was on sourdough bread which was very dry. Very little salad with way too much lettuce. Chips were mostly regular potato chips. Meal was too expensive. First time having poor quality food at your restaurant.“

“Our server was amazing . We had a little incident at our table where a glass tipped over broke right in to a shareable we had at the table. He immediately thought how to clean it up without having to interrupt a lot. He said I will be replacing this entire table along with any food just because of broken glass. He ordered another shareable to replace the one with glass and swapped the entire table with the one next to us and replaced the alcoholic drink that caused the problem lol. He dealt with the other table at a different area so it wouldn’t interfere with our gathering!! I mean that was such great service.“

“Popped in here for breakfast with my wife and 4 kids. They didn’t have a table big enough for us because we’re a family of 6 but the server gladly put 2 tables together for us. Shout out to that server. Kids said breakfast burrito was fire. They made sure the eggs were dairy free and the scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. Great breakfast spot at MSP.“
