“One on my favorite breweries, they have great beer, friendly staff, and fun times. The brewery is very community centric, and dog friendly. There are two patios, one that is out front of the building and the other in updstairs. The upstairs patio is very quite and one the best kept secrets in Shakopee. The beers are great, the Hazy IPA is incredible and the Mexican lager is amazing. There is a reason these beers keep wining in the MN brewer's cup.“

“I showed up about 30 minutes early, for my on-line order. The man at the counter greeted me and asked if he could help me and I explained I was early. He responded with let me get that going for you! These burgers are SO tasty, I did the burger of the month, onion rings, and a chocolate malt. The service is always impeccable!“

Love the layout, open air feel and lots of tables, kid friendly- very much neighborhood vibes. Loads of bikers stop here- i mean a lot a lot. Like the tour de france except every day. Bikers are a weird lot (sorry to say that you spandex wearing clip clopping state of the art helmet wearing crazies). “This is a quality East African cuisine option in Hopkins. You can't beat the combination of prices and portion sizes. Goat meat with rice, salmon with rice, gyro wrap, and chicken sambusa were all delicious and enjoyed by the entire family. So much seasoned gyro meat that I could barely fold the pita bread. The goat meat was tender. The salmon was juicy and the sauce on it was solid. I never had chicken sambusa before and it was incredible! Quality service and the wait times aren't bad at all (worth it for the fresh food). I will return to Gedi Grill.“

“This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.“

“I've driven by this place at least 100+ times in the past year. I always thought it was Brazilian Steakhouse or something, but saw than I saw on google it was more classical pub food and decided to stop by on lunch to get a burger and it was better than expected. The Bar area is kind of small, has an overall "Diner" feel to it, with an open view of the kitchen. Overall the food was good, the wedge fries were good, same with the burger sauce.“

Any business that helps their community is just amazing to see but any business that’s willing to go half in as soon as they heard it was for the homeless shelter just melts my heart and gains my recommendation any day. “My husband and I came from Ohio to celebrate his birthday and we had some time to kill before attending Paisley Park for our tour. So we stopped at this establishment and the staff and the people in the area were friendly. As for the brew I'm not a beer drinker but I did try the Rosé seltzer and it was really good. “nice little stop along the excelsior bay coastline. great place for some of MN favorite Sébastien Joe's Ice cream and a few other snacks and small food items. Awsome place to bring the kids or pets...great customer service with a smile and all around lovely atmosphere. e wn have a couple of chairs and benches to sit at while you eat your ice cream or stroll along the park path. we will be back many times.“

“My dad and I - both huge craft beer fans- stumbled across this absolute gem last night. Neither of us live in the area (I’m in S Mpls and he’s in the south suburbs), but we were in Plymouth looking for a brewery and this one sounded unique. I’m going to try to make this succinct, but so much was perfection, so here’s a list of PROS:
-Friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. My dad asks lots of questions, and the kind beertender had good answers about how the brews were made, hops used, “this is a little different than other brews in this style, what’s different?”, etc. He even came out from behind the bar to chat with us, which I don’t see at any other tap rooms.
-HUGE variety of brews, and nearly all were fabulous in my opinion.
-Completely unique vibe, which was refreshing for me coming from Minneapolis, where it’s easier to find a brewery thats just like all the other breweries than it is to find someone who’s doing something truly unique.
-Related to the above: chairs were actually comfortable and not those crappy metal chairs every single brewery has.
-Dad loved the library. Between the excellent selection of books and beers, I think he was ready to move in.
-Variety of upcoming events, including the classic trivia, a maker’s market, and TRICYCLE JOUSTING coming up on 6/1.
-Appears they have a patio as well, it was raining when we visited.
-Head brewer is a woman, which is less common than one might hope in 2025, but here we are. She’s so talented, and I’m a fan without even having met you, Lori!

Cons:
-No in-house food, which some may prefer. I didn’t mind ordering in from Davanni’s, who gave us a discount for ordering from the brewery. Perhaps they have food trucks sometimes, I’ll keep an eye out for that when I return. They do have snacks like pretzels and chips.
-This place is not in my back yard, which is only a con for me personally; hopefully they’re closer to you, dear reader.

Overall, well worth a return trip to see what’s on tap and sit a spell in a friendly, welcoming, unique environment.“

“Great to see the turn out for Goat Fest 2025. It was too busy and super long wait times in line to get a beer. Parking in the side ditch on Hwy 61/Chaska Blvd and the long walk up the hill was not ideal but it was because so many came out for this event so all is well, we have fun. Can't review the beers as the line was so long, never got one after paying the $15 admission. May try it again on a different day.“

“Beautiful! I can’t say enough about the wonderful summer vibes of this gorgeous restaurant! The only thing I noticed out of place were the napkins. Mine was all white but the table next to me had stripes? Don’t skip on the delicious calamari- prepared fresh by the scratch kitchen! The craft cocktails were delicious! However my favorite part of the experience was our server Sara! She made great recommendations and even better company! I would have invited her to join the table and stay but I would have had to take a number because all the guests were loving her!“

“Awesome place!! We walked in with a group of 11 at 8:50 pm, and the kitchen closed at 9, but they told us no big deal, go ahead and order food, which was so kind! The food was amazing, and they took time to explain everything. We had plenty of room to sit and enjoy ourselves, with three levels of seating. Even when it was time for them to close the taps, they gave us a heads up, but because we were talking too much we forgot to grab a last drink, so they turned it back on for us! They could have been so annoyed with a large group of chatty women, but instead they were so hospitable! Can't wait to return!!“

“Had a wonderful experience for dinner on a very busy Dec. 23rd. Our party of 3 arrived at about 6:10 to a waiting list of approx. 6 other parties. We were told 20 minutes to wait, it was no more than 15 minutes. Service was spot-on time-wise and efficiency-wise. Food was excellent. Portions were huge. I feel it is a great place to enjoy a meal.“
