“I have known the store manager Danielle for over 15 years and she is a top-notch lady. She has grown her way up the ladder. She is always in a positive mood even when she has to work by herself. She makes her job look really easy, always makes me feel welcome, and never gets impatient when I'm indecisive. The store is always very clean and the food is always very fresh.

Vegetarian options: If you don't like meat, you can get any vegetable you would like, including the works.. Choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, you can add spinach, peppers, dressing or seasoning for no additional charge“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “I will let you know right now the only Jersey Mike’s I will ever go to is this one in Shakopee MN. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The food is the best and the service is fast and very efficient. This is the only one to go to.
I have been to other locations Burnsville, Savage and there is no comparison. The food at other locations is not appetizing at all and the service is horrible. This is why the Shakopee location ROCKS. The entire staff should get a raise for all of their hard work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are for having an amazing staff that is at that store, especially today when service just about everywhere is horrible and good employees are hard to find.

“Moved from the area and haven’t been here in a couple of years. Was nice to be back. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.I recommend the Buffalo chicken sub. 4 stars for the fact the sandwhich was not toasted enough. But I would go back here again.“

“The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“
