“My husband and I have been getting dinner here every Friday for the past few months, and every time it’s the highlight of our day. Normally, it’s the same young men working, and without fail, they always put a smile on my face. I haven’t visited many restaurants like this one where the employees actually seem like they enjoy talking to customers. One young gentleman even had our order memorized by our 5th visit. The amazing subs brought me here, but the fantastic employees keep me coming back!“

I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“I just recently decided to give this Subway a second chance and they have seemed to improve. We will see how it goes. Now I only gave them 4 stars because for some reason my 1 star review was missing from the review section, I have no clue who removed it but I definitely had reason to boycott them for the past 2-3 years.“

“Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week.
If they had chipotle mayo....that'd be awesome.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“

Every aspect of the Shakopee location is off the charts 5stars. Tonight there was a big miscommunication on our delivery order. However,after speaking with Alex the manager, my husband & I were put at great ease. He was knowledgeable and kind. Truly empathetic towards our feelings. I and my family will definitely continue to be regular customers. I am going to personally tell all my friends, family, coworkers & neighbors how great Alex the store manager is.
