“The food is the focus at this place.I typically don't post reviews after one experience but for Suzette's I think it is worth it because this is totally a "don't judge the book by it's cover" establishment. It may look like a "side of the highway diner" from the parking lot and walking in the door you may get "breakfast place" vibes but when you sit down with the menu you quickly see that it is much more than both.The food was delicious, and dare I say almost fancy. If you are looking for a quiet leisurely place for a meal that will surprise you pull off the highway in Jordan and give it a try. I certainly will be adding this to the rotation for repeat date night spots.“
“Kind of your traditional tex mex place. The food was fine. Classic endless bowl of chips with salsa. The queso was good. All dishes were served with rice and beans. Large menu, and lots a variations of same dishes between carnitas, pollo, pork and shrimp. Classic burrito, enchilada, chimmichanga, quesadilla, etc selectionsGood margaritas. Fairly standard with a few twists, but nothing super crazy innovative.The service was good, they were very helpful and where to please.Really a good place to get a tex-mex bite and meet up with a few friends for a casual chat. “This was our first visit to Mallards, and it won't be our last based on this visit. We had reservations for 3 people at 5:30 and got seated right away. Our server was Sydney, and she was very good. She was there with waters and took our drink orders right away. She also had good recommendations for dinner. Two of had the shrimp and grits and the other had the jambalaya. The food came in a satisfactory amount of time, was hot, and very delicious. Sydney came back to check on us several times. We will definitely be back!“
“Came here last night for dinner with 2 friends, I had the pan fried Walleye which was INCREDIBLE! We also had mashed potatoes (I don't think I've ever had mashed potatoes this good, no idea what they do to them but it was so hard not to eat them all!) We also shared Brussel sprouts which were 10/10 and I VERY much enjoyed my Maple old fashioned! This was a fantastic meal!“
“Decided to go check this place out yesterday before they closed for the season and it was a good idea the service was great really friendly and fast I really like how everyone help each other but it was really uncomfortable when the bartender started swearing when there's like a lot of kids around, it made my wife feel uncomfortable otherwise great place to enjoy some drinks, I'm totally going back next season“
