“So, I’ve had unpredictable bouts of constipation throughout my life. I remember receiving enemas that were meant for elderly individuals when I was 8 or 9. When I attended this restaurant, I haven’t had a bowel movement in around 2-3 days. Previously before that I required stimulant laxatives, which creates muscle contractions to force waste out of your anus. I tried a basic cheeseburger with a side of fries, and a raspberry peach iced tea. As soon as I finished my meal, I felt it. The rumbling that signals such an impending cloud of doom in your stomach, causing your heart to metaphorically drop 50 feet from my chest. I drove home, as I didn’t feel it appropriate to require Perkins to call in a biohazard crew to wall off the women’s restroom. Immediately I rushed down to the toilet, and unleashed hell. 3 days worth of regularly eaten-and-digested goodness exploded out of my bottom like a flood gate- It was indescribable the stench, it could probably harm a small child. Like not normal fecal matter, something radioactive and potent enough to kill a rodent. It was half liquid and half solid as it endlessly exited it’s swollen, dark tomb. I have never felt such relief, and from the most unlikely of places. Thank you, Perkins. May our stars cross again someday when I need to take a giant gorilla dump.“

“There are many choices in the area for casual dining, but most often we choose THIS clean, well-maintained Perkins restaurant. Our favorite 5-star server is Laurie, who remembers us, greets us with a smile and thanks us whenever we show up. “Great place to play pool. BEST WATER U WILL EVER DRINK!! I'm not even a water drinker. & couldn't get enough of this water! No lie!! E-tabs are fun! & I won here! Decent crowed of mixed age groups nice environment all the way around. Drama free!! Mixed races very diverse & comfortable to chill & just have fun w/friends. The food was good too! “The other week, I was in the northern metro suburbs and started to get hungry. I drove past Sarna's Grill in Columbia Heights and, judging by the building's welcoming appearance, decided to park and give it a try (though I know that doesn't necessarily mean the food or service will be good).\n\nThat said, my decision was bolstered by the spacious, inviting interior, wide aisles, booths filled with couples and families, and the waitstaff delivering trays of appetizing food.\n\nA friendly waitperson greeted me at my table and offered me a menu with a variety of options, from burgers and salads to complete meals, including pasta and hot turkey or beef.\n\nI chose the BLT on artisan whole wheat with a side of coleslaw. It looked so tempting that I took a bite of half the sandwich before realizing I hadn't taken a picture of the food. What you see in the attached image is the mouth-watering inside of the delicious BLT.\n\nAs it turned out, I had an hour to kill. After finishing my meal, I asked if I could hang out for a while. The friendly waitperson said I could stay as long as I wanted and brought me a cup of coffee to pass the time.\n\nThat kindness made my day and earned her a nice tip. Plus, I promised to return the next time I'm in the neighborhood.“

Made it impossible to eat wrapped. Told the server. She offered to get me more lettuce. No thank you. Won’t order again. The quality is not the same as when Carol owned it.“

“We just moved to the area and wanted to try a local spot for dinner. We ordered the chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, orange chicken, and egg rolls, and everything was delicious! The orange chicken had a bit too much batter and was slightly overcooked, but the flavor was still great. They even threw a bag of mini donuts into our order. We will gladly be returning!“

It's water and a cheap tea bag. 🤨 Another reason to stick with lukewarm tap water when eating out. Also be aware that there is a 2.9% fee for using a credit card. I'm not sure if it's noted on the menu but it's on the bottom of the check.“

“Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, didn’t get my food and a crew member checked in on why I didn’t get my food yet. The manager promptly came out gave me my food and 2 free basket coupons. I realized they forgot the fries and pulled a u-ey and asked for them. They gave me the fries and a third free basket coupon. Left with a smile on my face and 3 free meals!“

“They serve a gyro burger there that will knock your socks off. Just think hamburger with everything a gyro has on it for a topping. Ask for it to be spicey and they will add pickled peppers. And there French fries have a seasoned light crunch crust. A place you might see on Triple D some day.“

“I thought i would give this a try as I was in the area on a Friday night. The casino is small but offers quite a bit of card games for those who enjoy poker, black jack, pai gao and several others. When you first walk in, the bar area and restaurant greet you, I grabbed a seat at the bar and was quickly offered a water and menu. I ordered a club sandwich and fries($10), my sandwich arrived pretty quickly and was delicious. the club is large and filling, and the fries were tasty. If you are looking for a good value in the Forest Lake area, it's hard to pass up Trout Air Tavern but it does come with whole Casino vibe.“

“My son and I stopped in for dinner as I had a gift card to use. Our server Andrea was wonderful! We ordered our food and it arrived looking great! My son liked his salad a lot and my Rueben, while not traditional, was tasty. I was sadly less than impressed with the Maple Bacon Brussels I got with my sandwich and let Andrea know. She let her manager know right away and they both were SO kind and thanked me for letting them know my concerns. They offered us a piece of chocolate cake (which was super yummy!) to make up for the side not being so great. Amazing customer service! We will be back!“

“We had so much fun here for my husband’s birthday. We went as a family of 5. The gal who was taking care of us overheard us wishing him a happy birthday and threw in free donuts which were delicious. The margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was great!“
