“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.“

“Wow...what an IMPRESSIVE dining experience! It's been a long time since we have enjoyed a night out so much. Food 'Molcajete Mexicano' was packed full of flavor and Jorge (bar tender) who waited on us was EXCEPTIONALLY kind; made us feel more like family vs patrons. And the margarita 'Texas Jumbo' was super delish! All of the staff we encountered were incredibly gracious and prompt to respond to any request. We will be back! Bravo El Loro!“

“I had the supreme chicken burrito and it's the best I have had in a long time. The food was all so delicious. Even the complimentary chips and salsa we so good. I recommend this restaurant if you are craving some delicious Mexican food“

“Finally found a Mexican restaurant as good as the taquerias in California! The carne asada was well seasoned and the campechano taco with cactus was amazing. The California burrito was extremely large and had a sauce and cheese on the outside of the tortilla - that was unexpected. It also had BLACK beans, not mushy pinto beans!! A couple of the salsas had a good bit of spice to them. Definitely recommend!! Each table had real flowers in a little jar - that just goes to show that they are doing that little bit extra to make it nice! Also enjoyed the fried ice cream.

Parking: Parking is shared among the strip mall businesses. Although the parking lot was busy we got a spot right by the door

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. There is upbeat Spanish music playing and the inside just has a fun vibe in general

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a bit of a tight L corner with an inside and outside door. I can imagine this could be hard to navigate unless the doors are held open. All the tables are fairly low down. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side - one room with one toilet - with a standard door not a wide door“

Good thing I always add a bit of salsa to my stuff and check. I love sitting at the bar and trying the 3 different salsas that are available as a help yourself buffet style along with delicious chips. Love the margaritas but now I am spoiled, I tried one with Milagro silver tequila on the rocks. It is excellent! The Columbia Heights locale is my favorite, and I have tried each of the others! I have yet to try the patio in the summertime, so I can't tell you about it. The stained glass windows are amazing! Busy bustling place! I love it! And the staff is excellent! If I want to change an option on the menu, the staff is very accommodating. I would give this place 5 stars! “I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

“I came here for a girls' outing with some young ladies, and it was the perfect spot!

We started by ordering from the kiosk when we walked in, then waited at the table for our number to be called. The food came out quickly and was packed with flavor. There’s also a salsa bar—the onions, jalapeños, and cucumbers were delicious and spicy!

I wanted to try everything, so we ordered a variety of items from the menu.

I’ll definitely be back for the chicharrón botanero, which came with pinto beans, guacamole, and queso!

We also ordered churro bites, plátanos fritos, a machete (swapped with chicken instead of carne), quesabirrias, a bowl, mesquite, and aguas frescas—horchata.“

Folks; don’t sleep on the street corn, and do take a moment to get a few cups from the salsa bar.
Also, don’t be afraid to ask if something can be made extra spicy. They turn down the spice for folks in the area but still have great flavor.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids menu. The spice is already turned down for the clientele of the area so don’t worry about anything being too spicy for the little ones“
